Hey! You dont have to do the whole quest of scribing with each toon. Just finish it with one and do the introductory quest with the rest to unlock it :)
3:50 re Scribing, so far it appears that you only need to do the complete questline once, i.e. on one character. All further characters can get by with just the intro scribing quest, and buy all the grimoires and many scripts from the vendor at a reduced price. That said, you'll probably want to keep your scribing for one "main" character at first, as you get one guaranteed script of each type from the first daily quest coffer of each type per account per day (e.g. Focus from delve or mage guild dailies, Signature scripts from World Boss or FG, Affix from world event/undaunted/or IC dailies). That is, go to a DLC zone (or West Weald) and do their boss, delve, and harrowstorm/geyser/dragon/mirrormore incursion etc. dailies, and that's one new script of each type each day for your main. Further scripts for your other characters drop at a much lower rate if you do more dailies in other zones, even if you do them on different characters.

@@ExplorationGamingESO The scribing questline feels like a grind on par with leveling up the Psijic skill line, and yes it's a big time sink. However, the Scribing quests at least have a fair bit more variety and more interesting challenges. Since (almost?) everything is gated behind account-wide achievements, it's very helpful that you only really need to do it once per account.
@@ExplorationGamingESO I disagree, do it first, right away. Because you end up getting the scripts from the dailies, world bosses etc. also lumious ink is rare and you can start aquiring those as well. its really not bad, better than psijic order, mages guild lvling and scrying
I strongly stress scribing quest chain be done the first few hours. 1) Like others have said, it unlocks Scripts dropping account wide if you do it on ONE character. 2) BeamMeUp will make the quest chain so much easier to do WHILE everyone else is also doing it. Wait too long, and you will have to run yourself into all those different areas and delves. BeamMeUp will let you port right into the delves as long as someone in your guilds or friend's list is inside that delve. Which brings me to my final point: Do the scribing questline during peak playtime hours. It will save you SO much time with BeamMeUp and everyone else being in those areas killing all the mobs.
Uh ya no falling leaves not game breaking but jeez, dude at this point they would prob have to re do the entire game bc of the amount of times theyve already patched over patches with bugs, i dont even think Eso is on u5 yet, said theyre new hardware coming this year, how long will we wait for capes which is possible (DD2) or Flying Mounts, and male characters that dont all look like chicken legged bodybuilding Vikings?!?!😂😅😂 I will enjoy Gold Road as much i can though....for now🤷♂️

I started to scribing quest on one alt and encountered a bug, so I completed the quest on another alt much to my surprise the rest of my alts are unable to do the easy version of the scribing quest, so far I made a request for help and the eso folks have been unresponsive.

@@ExplorationGamingESO Yes absolutely. When I explored gold road I first sucked in the atmosphere, you can hear the wind blowing, birds chirping, crickets, bees humming. And this lovely landscape, the gardens, the colours. Very enchanting atmosphere for me.
Calling yourself "The Bob Ross of eso" is fine but i don't think Bob Ross would be so passive aggressive. But you do have some points i will say that with the devs being pretty lazy and the amount of bugs there are in this expansion. But Bob Ross would be relaxing and positive...
Other people started calling me the Bob Ross of ESO more than a year ago. I think Bob would be honest, and in truth I love ESO and this new chapter...but I'd still like to see broken things get fixed. Happy little mistakes.

Yeah, for us hardcore ESO fans...it is what it is. They did their best with Gold Road though...it's worth the $.
