Chicken Fried Steak, coleslaw, baked beans, Tortillas, Tacos, Burritos, Fried Okra, Blue Bell Ice Cream, Pecan Pie, Kolaches, Frito Pie, Big Red, Dr Pepper, apple cobbler, I could go on. I hope you get a chance to try some of them soon.
Outstanding! I know nothing about the source material, but I always thought a scene of a giant spaceship lifting off within a city landscape would be a really cool thing to make. This is fantastic work!
I absolutely LOVE the variety of colors that went into this. The attention to detail needed to have so much color yet have it mix perfectly into a few primary gray colors at a distance must have taken so much work! And all the little tiny air conditioning units and duct work are AMAZING!!! Like the guy taking the video said, SDF-1 is great but the real start is the whole city. Really amazing work!

Nice work, makes me wonder, if in setting, they had actually thought ahead and constructed one or two other SDF docks besides the A.S.S.-1 or should I say, SDF-1? I'm somehow thinking of Hong Kong it's old airport, now, while wondering, I'm sure you can picture why. I'm also now wondering if all the metal needed for the SDF-1's reconstruction was brought in, in already plate form or if a blast furnace was near the harbor as well. And lets not talk about the needed cranes, to lift all that metal, up & into place. Still, great work, thumbs up for you, it really looks great.

昔、船橋に人工スキー場が有りました。丁度マクロス全長と同じ位の建物で、湾岸線を走ってると、実際のマクロスってこんなもん？小さいのに街が入るんか？と。

It may be due to his Japanese temperament, but I think this work is a testament to his strong will and hard work.

圧巻ですね。いつ製作されたかなど関係ない、いつでも見に来られますよ。素晴らしい。CGにはない、現物だけが持つ説得力がリアルとフィクションの橋渡しをしてくれます。今更ですが劇場版のSDF-1は発進時に重力制御ユニットが甲板を突き破って飛んでいかなかったんですかね？ｗ
私個人、公開当時は子供でしたが、アニメ版とは違う細部まで徹底された設定や解釈を自然に受け入れて楽しむことができました。大人になった今でも感動を忘れない作品でした

そうそう、反重力ユニットとか重力制御システム。マクロスが変形し始める頃、内部居住空間で警報したあと、防護壁が閉じられるシーン、マクロスが変形するのに対しての描写が細かすぎて、子供の頃の私には?でしたが、視聴するにつれ、なるほどと思いました。(年齢バレバレやねW)
