I'm American and I don't think it only depends on the country. It all depends on different factors, for example last year at my high school wearing ripped jeans was in agreement with the rules but this year we have a new principal and if we're wearing ripped jeans she makes us change into gym shorts. Everyone hates her

Outfit two: If the sweater is too short for your dress code wear a pair of black leggings or tights underneath. Outfit three: once again switch out the shorts for pants. White or the same burnt orange/brown shade would look nice in my opinion. Outfit four: Again switch out the distressed shorts for distressed jeans, or some regular jeans if your school doesn't allow distressed clothing. Outfit five: and again if the skirt is too short, wear a longer skirt. Wear a pair of black jeans. I think a pair of leather pants would work nicely with outfit to balance out the girly print. If you don't like heels, don't wear heels. Switch it out for a pair of flat shoes you feel comfortable in. Play around with the ideas! Fashion is meant to be fun. Good luck! Just curious in college did you normally wear heels to school? idk how you did that lol from the parking lot to class to picking other things up, I just can't do it in heels. My first year I did (IDK how I even survived that), then in the my second year I gave them up for a few cute pair of nikes. Kudos to all the girls still wearing heels to school though.
my college is an arts institution so obviously the students there (especially those under fashion) will subtly try to show of their style. i see some of them rocking jeffrey campbell litas and what not. i dont know how they do it honestly 🙅🙅🙅
I don't understand why people don't know that dress codes vary significantly by state #1, secondly, all of these can be very easily modified. It's supposed to give inspiration, not be a blue print. Also public colleges do not have dress codes. Expecting TH-camrs to make such specific videos that work for everyone 100% of the time is completely unfair because it's impossible. YOU too, can be creative and figure out how to modify the outfits. Just like you're not going to go out and buy each single piece she showed. You'd match it with your closet for the most part. You can do the same with dress code. Switch out the shorts for jeans. Find a floral shirt that isn't off the shoulder etc. Why is everyone falling apart over this? It's ok. Also if your school's dress code is BS, don't be afraid to do something about it!
