How to shell a paua

How to shell a Paua, very easy to do but there are people out there that dont nknow how, so if you are one of those people that dont know how and always try and find a way to get people to do it for you this video is for you.

I have been given 3 paua and now I know how to shuck them, next step, creamed paua or as I know it, paua porridge. Thanks for your demonstration.

If you know the law, and know your seafood you will know there here in Taranaki that our size limit smaller because our Paua doesn’t grow large. This is all legal and ask around, people will tell you Taranaki Paua is the best tasting. So before you make stupid comments, learn a little about what your commenting about.
