why oh why does loud distracting music overshadow wonderful videos like this, i find it difficult to hear what is being said as the music is louder than the person speaking thank you for the beautiful knowledge shared
I agree. However, music is often used to seduce moods of the audience.
@helenpatterson3858 yes I'm aware of the power of music to hepe up emotions.. I'm really saying the volume of the music is on some videos are louder than the speakers voice. Speaking from my own experience I find it distracting.. its also not helpful for people who have hearing problems..
Sorry to hear. I would suggest turning off the music and turning on the captions. The dialog and music was stereo mixed professionally for theatrical, and might sound different depending upon your own device of choice. I would suggest watching via a television through a streaming service like Amazon (full movie) or via Chromecast from TH-cam.
I'm already an unruly mystic. I was going to bed when I heard "Hildagard" turned on TH-cam to find meditation music and this video was the first thing I saw.
At this stage I'm not surprised. I know this is how good works, but it still makes me smile.

That's a beautiful way to put it! It reminds me of Hildegard von Bingen's ideas about the divine spark within each of us and the interconnectedness of all creation. She saw the human being as a microcosm of the universe, reflecting the macrocosm in miniature. Perhaps our very existence is a way for the universe to experience itself, for Awareness to have a relationship with Itself

Why do you interview New Agers and pagans. St Hildegard was Catholic and to be a saint, she would never interpret nature as these people do, who leave Jesus Christ out or reduce Him to "consciousness."
We may not know if they are new-agers and pagans, but it seems odd that most of the interviewees are not Catholic. What was the purpose of this video, to encourage people to be rebels?

Have you read her translated writings (from Latin) at 3:30 am when the world is quiet and there are no distractions? I did.
