5"3' here. Being a small kid I grew up feeling like a monkey that could always be moving if I wanted to be moving. I was closer to the ground, my body was more nimble than larger kids. As an adult that feeling turned into feeling like there are two different kinds of mechs, the taller and the shorter. Any time I want to be in a new position, or get moving, its easy. I could imagine moving 200+lbs from a standstill can be a lot, whereas I only have to move 120lbs. I also think there's also a point to a smaller body is just more beneficial for modern life. More space in cramped seats, not having to strain your back or knees if you're forced to constantly sit or kneel for work or even at home; your weight is simply easier to transition into/support these positions. Not to get too nerd glass emoji but in anthropology there's an interesting point to height variation being an evolutionary trait designed to combat different environment's temperatures. Taller bodies have more surface area, they disperse heat better than smaller, more dense bodies which are better at retaining heat. There's also metabolism differences that coincide with the height variation, it's all an ancient evolution due to environment thing. We no longer necessarily need our height to assist us in surviving our environment because we can completely control our environment.
