I agree: Aristotle told us that temperance is the ability to intelligently enjoy the good things in life and in beautiful women, we usually don't find that virtue but we find the attendant vice of insensibility. When I met my wife, she wasn't into food, now she is a major foodie herself. The best food in the world is Italy, with Hongkongese food in second place. But some Greek foods have the same quality as Italian: incredible ingredients left almost untouched.
