I can only echo previous comments--wow!! Love it all, from the candy canes to the adorable candlesticks and candles--never thought of a bead resembling a candle! And also, never lose that giggle, it always makes me smile, and maybe giggle a little too!

The fruit brought up fond childhood memories of my Christmas stocking being filled with fruit and nuts. I was more excited to have the fruit and nuts in my stocking than the candy canes lol.
How wonderful is that that 3 people that don’t know each other have the same Christmas memories! If people all over the world could realize that we are not that different it would be a better place to live. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ! Dolly people and keep on being creative.

Such great ideas, as always!! I love the peppermint candies made from the offcuts of the candy canes!! Years ago I bought a package of striped paper clips- I use them to make candy canes, but they’re not as true to life as your clay ones!!❤️💚🎄😘
Oh my goodness, AGAIN!! 🙀😍 I have to admit, nothing is safe in my house and nothing is safe from being picked, plucked, or scavenged. 🤷♀️ Isn't that just occupational hazard though🤔? The tree is so pretty, and the The wrapping paper is adorable! I remember in Home Ec we had to come up with "alternatives" for common items so I took some clear vinyl laminate and put on the cartoon side of the newspaper. Doing that gave me reusable paper!! Ñ
Yes Nothing is Safe from being used for miniatures!!! LOLOOLOL! That is a great idea! Sidebar, I was just Re- reviewing the 'bundle" received still trying to take it all in! But I realized there was metal MESH! Is that the Mesh for making blankets "wrinkled and messy," instead of water and glue?? YOU are A GEM and A Precious Doll!!

I really think, though, besides your glue and water technique the heavyweight aluminium foil and iron on interfacing is the way to go. The experimental piece I did all those weeks ago are still holding and I've had to move, switch, and rearrange my work area so that bed has been handled many times. The other plus with that technique is that it remains pliable and can be re-wrinkled for a different look. Having the bed turned down for super important visitors, or it really balled up and disheveled because the boys "borrowed" a broom from the kitchen and tried to make a tent. I'm certain Little Gretchen will find some way to play😂🤗! When I found the wire mesh I had all kinds of ideas runnin through my head. Metal milk baskets, egg baskets, grating, screen door, shelving in an old fridge. The possibilities are endless with an awesome piece like that. I can email the instructions if you'd like to give it a go. Lemme know my precious mini friend 🥰

Hi Janet! What a challenge! I did up cycle a dressing screen when I was doing the dress shop essentials. But I didn't include it due to lack of space. I also, realized that the type of shop it is ,the women have to have their measurements taken and eachh dress is created or special order. There are no ready made dresses in the shop, except for the SAMPLES on the dress forms and the little girls dresses. But for you, I will put it on my list. I will include in when I DOOR for the Dress shop office and Bedroom, so watch for that title. Thank you for the suggestion!!

My parents always wrapped gifts in the funny papers they saved. Comics then read too which added to the fun. Saved money not buying gift wrap.
