Jazz Fest is very privileged to have them playing at their event. The Stones are the greatest rock band in the world 🌎. I know that Charlie Watts is smiling down on them 🎉🎉
It's always nice watching Mick introduce everyone because he's got a quick and charismatic sense of timing, with his humour. Still got that boyishness as if he's never grown up. But rock allows that😊. I think he'd be so fun at a party.
When Jagger makes a political jibe, he has (whether you agree with him or not) the balls to make it on his target's home turf. Another reason why he's a legend!!
I was surprised. In 50 years of following the Stones this is the first time I remember any direct political statements. I guess when you get to be 80 and have traveled the globe multiple times, you might have some insights you want to share🤷♀️
I don't want to hear singers doing politics or politicians doing singing, it's entertainment Sir Mick the billionaire, I'm guessing it must be a Republican Governer, all the same these rich elites, he's probably moving to Canada with Cher, Streisand and and Qhoopi again also.
The fest is a place of celebration and healing via music and culture. We leave our politics at the gate and love one another. Would be sad if the fest was turned into bands preaching their politics of all types from the stages
Entertain Sir Mick of the billionaire het set class, leave the politics alone, must be a Republican Governer, always is when the Jet Set Club call someone out, get youre limousine liberal elite points up Sir Mick.
What's sad and depressing is all the women who are going to die and lose their fertility and all the ob/gyns fleeing the State. And all the children being forced to give birth.
@@calpurniabruchi5742 Women who are going to die and lose their fertility is not sad and depressing: it is a tragedy. Jagger is rich and elite and should shut his mouth politically. He’s not in touch with the reality of most people’s lives.
Jackass has to bring politics in it

Mick was right about the stupid gov

I agree!
Hey, can anyone provide me with context for the political joke? Im from South America, thanks!
It wasn’t a joke really.. Louisiana has a new republican governor and he doesn’t like it ! It’s just ridiculous that he even had to go there!
The so called Gov. is reduculous and stupid
@@richardlacey4923 thanks!
it’s always funny to hear these stars talk inclusivity when they price out the majority of their fans
Ha ha. Mick is lecturing us now? Your lyrics are more powerful than your opinion
"stone age"??... ahh mick... how old are you now?
Great shot at the weird governor! Must be hard to get that from a legend like Mick Jagger.
Weird governor? Explain why your a leftoid
MAGA for life

Exactly
Rock and Roll has always been about freedom and tearing down oppressive rules. Good for Jagger for calling out the governor!
What an ass for doing that crap
He must have had a "Brenda" moment?

Keith's got a bit of a gut.
Hes 80 f*cking years old
He’s 80…what do you have?
Brown sugar
What Mick Jagger stated about our governor is telling me something I already know about him He's no good
Resent version of the Stones: Political Correctness.
How sad and depressing.
