- The Rolling Stones cover Bob Dylan Like A Rolling Stone live at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas Nevada on May 11, 2024 Tour Hackney Diamonds
The Stones playing Dylan, pure class!
Mick Jagger is the best frontman in the world and still going strong at the age 80
You got that right! And ive seen almost every great rocknroll band since the late 60s multiple times.
I'd argue Bruce Springsteen also
Paul Mccartney!
@@henriqueerenner5741 I love Paul, but no one beats Mick!
Mercury,Bruce, and Mick are the 3 best front-end ever.Cant argue with those 3
Excellent filmmaking.
I can’t imagine a world without the Rolling Stones
i can
@@user-wu1tn5ww1b We can also imagine a world without you too....Let's try it.
Doesn’t say much about you then
So these old farts is still around. The most overrated band ever
In the Zone like a Rolling Stone
There’s no question these bad boys of rock ‘n’ roll certainly have the blessing of God upon them for such a long career and you can see they truly enjoy still performing and keeping it real.
It’s a shame that Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, John Lennon, George Harrison, Jerry Garcia, Duane Allman, Gregg Allman, Frank Zappa, Buddy Holly, Keith Moon, John Bonham, Brian Jones, David Bowie, Prince, Miles Davis & countless others did not get the same “ blessing” from the almighty one as Mick & Keith did.
@@deadexplorations7439 All are blessed with different portions and talents. Consider Elvis Presley, many would say blessed above all as a performer/artist… Longevity was not one of those blessings. His professional career was a span of just 21 years. Nonetheless, Look at all his achievements and his legacy which includes 31 motion pictures and two documentaries and a plethora of a music catalog.
And like Dylan himself said about them, from his own "I contain Multitues:
"I'm just like Anne Frank, like Indiana Jones
And them British bad boys, The Rolling Stones
I go right to the edge, I go right to the end
I go right where all things lost are made good again."
@@deadexplorations7439I was fortunate to have seen every one of those you listed except Prince, who left us by surprise and i regret missing him. Yeah, now missing them all. I don’t know of any newer current day artists that really compare with them….yet.
@@deadexplorations7439Ooops, i never saw Lennon. But i got to meet George!
If your a musician then yes it never ends... neither will The Rolling Stones
this guy is 80. Speechless that he can still do this. he's not my favorite, but I respect him as much as anyone in the history of the medium.
Medium? What is it?
I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see The Glimmer Twins singing together.
Agree, 🌟
The Stones are killing it 🎉🎉. The Stones are incredible and 60yrs nothing else needs to be said 🎉🎉
My whole life...
Yes Sir!
Mick puts everything into his performance. And it's clear to see how much he loves it.
I wonder if that's the first time the Stones have played "Like a Rolling Stone" in concert. If so, well done boys...👅
Very fun that the retirement home allowed these elderly gentlemen out for the day, and lent them a few musical instruments. They certainly seem happy to be out and about.
Amazing, Mick Jagger still has all the moves at 80. Love this version, his voice is ageless. Rock on Mick
Like a Rolling Stone was voted best Rock Song ever by the readers in Rolling Stone magazine - still is, as evidenced by this great version by THE Stones.
The man how wrote it is the greatest and he’s still on the road😍
Soon together with Willie Nelson ( 91 years)🎉
@@vinterkatt1959flipping amazing ...
A true classic ... love the keyboards inspired by Al Cooper ... smashing ... love Mick's harp playing ... cheers
They are indeed impressive! The energy, spirit, and Mick's memory- no teleprompter. All at 80!!
Anyone saying they aren't worth it needs to watch Mick play the harmonica on this one. Glad I don't see them until June 27, really enjoying the anticipation somehow thanks to the earlier shows on this tour. Thanks for upload
That's when I'm going. First time
I am 61 years old. And I have been listening to the rolling stones my whole life... Rock on
Same! Skipped school ...didn't need calculus class EVER. But this band omg

@@tonysoprano1001me too. First 45 was as tears go by which happened to be the first song they wrote Jagger and Richards I was three.😅
Man! Im 35 and wish I was born when yo where born to see them
I want whatever energy cocktail Mick is drinking!
Amazing a band this big could stay together this long with the majority of the original members!
Yo tampoco puedo imaginar un mundo sin los Rolling Stones. Lloré la muerte del baterista
❤
The hardest working man in show business.
I thaught they called james brown tb
That
James brown never made it at 80
@@henriqueerenner5741cause cocaine is a hell of a drug😂😂
Exactly!! Ty for your post.
He's probably the fittest 80 year old in the business.
Love THE ROLLING STONES!! 80 YEARS OLD AND STILL SOUND AMAZING!!💯☝️🎸🎶💎👅💎👅🎸👅💎🔥🕺🎤
Thanks for the video. Fabulous. Fun to watch. Love Mick on the harmonica.
It's not just Mick who is amazing. Look at all that Keith and Ronnie have been through and they are still vibrant and rocking hard. The Stones - writing a completely new chapter in the storied history of Rock and Roll.
Great cover of the great Dylan.
The best in the world,👑🥰
It's incredible having listened to them for ages now and all the live gigs from 64 through today and Mick sounds as good as he ever did. In fact, he sound much better than the early 80's when he was running about talking lyrics more than singing them.
Good to hear from you again Marc ... just watched you on an old video of T.Rex ... brilliant and so are these guys ... cheers
How come he can misbehave and still be in such great shape !
He hasn't misbehaved for decades. Keith and Ronnie stopped later, and it shows. I love em both hugely, but it clearly shows.
Just saw them
In Houston . Just incredible that they are this good at this age! Mick doesn’t sound or act his age! Makes me mad when people dog them about being old and should retire etc. been saying that for 30 plus years. I have seen them 13 times since 1989 and they are Great every time! Go see them while you have a chance!! A friend of mine went see them for the first time in Houston and said it brought tears to his eyes how good they are and wished he had seen them every tour now. They Are truly The Greatest Rock n Roll band ever.
Vivo en el Perú y siempre soñé con verlos. Vinieron a Lima en 2016 y vendí mi carro para comprar la entrada pegada al escenario, jamás me arrepentiré, son extraordinarios e irrepetibles.
U really captured the best of Rolling Stones
UNSTOPABLE!! ... if I wouldn`t see it I wouldn`t believe it (saw them 2 years ago in Vienna and 2017 in Paris and many timeds before, back to the early 70s!!) - long mya they live!
Seit sechzig Jahren begleitet mich die Musik der Stones und Bob Dylans. Danke dafür.
He has more energy and work ethic than any twenty year old in today's world. They should all Google his performance and learn a lesson
Concert first, going home after this live show and googling Mick Jagger’s diet and exercise regimen 😂 He’s incredible!!!! They all were! ❤
Wow, my favorite songwriter performed by my favorite band, cheers to all involved!
This song is perfectly apt for the Stones and they play/sing it so well!
Truly one THE greatest renditions of truly one of THE greatest songs ever written
Best rock and roll band ever
Little Feat, live!
Wow. Holly crap. They are picking it up now. Crazy.
They sound better and better since the 1st concert in Houston. They still have fun on stage and that's their secret
CONGRATS with another brilliant spotat a Stones-show. And thanks again for sharing!! I'm having the time of my life watching this.
❤ For 60 years I only loved their music, but the older I get, the more they become my role models. ❤
That rocks!!! ...just, like a rollin' stone!
love love love...how does it feel! love like a rolling stone when the rolling stones are singing this!
Really vibrant performances, Thank you. I can't believe how well they are. They sound so well.
.
Still rockin with 80 ... Mick is a phenoman!
Saw them in Lyon France last year, those guys are still rocking the place ! Special mention to Mick you made some nice jokes in french :)
They really get me emotional. I love you guys 💓
Rolling Stones gather no moss.😊
I am not for covers, but this is a great one !!!
Réal kings of rock ❤
Jagger’s genius is in the way he phrases his vocals. That is on full display here. Great cover aside from Keith barely being able to play guitar anymore and basically just being along for the ride. If there weren’t so many ace hired guns n stage - they’d sound like shite.
Mick is a fantastic harmonica player !
Fake Fan you the Man OR the Woman ! Loved all your Houston Shows and this gem from this AM !!!!! Safe Journeys
So well done.
Thanks for an excellent video!
If I could just be amazed with Mick is definitely his stamina after all this time. It’s Ageless and tireless. Amazing. Its like he never can’t get enough of that stamina power with long shows perfomed all out. Salutdos and kudos man.
these guys are in past coming full circle. They're in uncharted territory.
Emotions!wonderful song!❤like a Rolling stone❤
and they still are rolling...wowww
Amazing , life goes , on rock on universe that created the the human race 🇬🇧🙌❤️
WOW, what a 👏 cover! 💟’d the entire performance in general, esp w/ Mick playing the harmonica (of all instruments)! I’m almost 70 now and grew up with BOTH the 👍 Stones and Dylan, + THIS has always been one of my 🌟 favorite Dylan songs (and ‘Angie’ one of the Stones). It’s amazing that at 80ish he hasn’t ‘lost’ his talent and ability imo - he acts, looks, sounds almost like he used to back in the 60s. Being thin and able to move around the stage in ‘24 is astonishing - he must have inherited great longevity genes and should be studied by scientists - lol 😂!
Amazing show !!! I’ve seen them twice before last time in 1984. They seem to age like fine wine and just get better playing with age . You could tell they love to perform . They were intimately engaged with the fans in the stadium and everyone was loving it !! Rock on as long as you can ! You guys are my heroes❤
Also Keith n Ronnie were on fire and alive and out there . They added an extra song for Keith and changed the set list from the first 3 a lil.. we got the best show so far on the tour in Vegas last nite folks !!!
These guys ain’t quitters 😎 Charlie smiling to them and playing along in heaven ❤
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼😎
Sei ancora bellissimo
Die Stones in topform bravo Jungs
NO UP SMUK, REALY, SOOOO PURE!!!! ❤ I AM 72 YEARS ,AND I BEEN FAN FROM I WAS 14 YEARS!! ITS AN BEST ROCK AN BLUES BAND SO LONG TOGETHER!! 240 YEARS TOGETHER!!!! ❤❤
Amazing footage. Thank you!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bob would be impressed
Wonderful song Like A Rolling Stones 💥 Love 💖 Sir Mick Jagger 👑♥️ ever Amazing 🙆♀️🔥 Rolling Stones The Best Band of our Galaxy 💫✨ Forever 🌟♾️ Thanks for sharing this wonderful video ✌️👌👍
6/26/72, Stevie Wonder opened for The Stones in Denver on their Exile tour, from the 6th row center. Until 5/12/24, the Exile show was the epitome. Of the 12 shows I’ve witnessed over the years, from Denver, Ft. Collins, Oakland, Portland, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai & now 3 times in Vegas, there isn’t a better rock & roll show. Super set list, ‘Like a Rolling Stone’, ‘Paint it Black’ with b&w video, their latest ‘Angry’ & a soul stirring ‘Gimme Shelter’ with Chanel Haynes (Tina Turner successor?), I couldn’t possibly ask for more. From ‘64, on car radios in Boston, The Stones staying power is unmatched. As an old dude, I’ve queued up ‘Almost Hear You Sigh’ to start my week satisfied…
Back Bay Boston, forever. Did they have car radios in '64?
Great 'Sleeper' track.
Mick et son harmonica : C'est sublime. 64 ans que j'entends Mick et Keith et en plus on a pas eu à les inventer, ils ont là. Merci.
Fake Fan, you're videos are next level!
So cool they played this. How I feel as of Monday. Great Bob cover!
I enjoyed very much the Houston Show. Hopefully I will be able to see you again in Santa Clara CA.
Damn Right, they are so good! Greatest Rock and Roll Band! RIP Charlie.
No teleprompter. The guy is 80 years old and rifling out Dylan lyrics like he wrote them. Amazing.😮
yes no fu****g teleprompter
i miss charlie so bad
Been a fan since 1967. He probably listens to more Dylan and others than Stones lol.
@@johngore7744 Dylan definitely seems like the ultimate "musician's musician"
BEST PERFORMANCE of the Tour so far - what energy - Mick and the band finding their groove three shows in - amazing!!! Defying science, gravity - don't want to ever hear "I'm tired, I need to take a nap" - sleep when your dead lol
Exactly have the seem feeling ! The machine is back on stage !!! Amazing!!!!
I’m 76 and I’ve been a fan since 1964 in 10th grade! Took my 18-yr-old granddaughter to the 2019 show in Jacksonville. She was screaming and singing along to every song just like me!!! Took my daughter to Tampa in 2021 show.
California dreaming....😔 ....happy with the video😊
Absolutely perfect.
Ihr seid die Besten und größten die es je gegeben hat. ❤❤❤
Appreciate the Showing and Still Rocking.
Thanks, love this!❤❤
WOW 🤩 ❤
Incredible, Mick will become 80,this year. He moves like a young man... His voice sounds still the same for years. He works hard for that. Thank you, Mick for beeing so professionell. And thank you fake fan for uploading this video.
He will be 81 in July
Mind blowing
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Keep going stones they never idle always full throttle
Thanks, once again, for the brilliant footage, FF. The lads have always done a dandy version of this classic, and it still sounds great!
Thank you. They were fantastic
I Love ❤️ this Magic Harmonic ❤️🙆♀️🔥
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cool! But I still miss Charlie… The way he grabbed sticks, his playing, his smile and haircut were the symbols of the Stones. As well as the tongue.
Wow ! Thanks for sharing ‼️
Thanks for watching!
"Like a Rolling Stone" written by Bob...with release date July 20, 1965...yet still SO RELEVANT !!!
Nice upload thanx
Great-greater-Stones
See you in Vancouver! ❤
