I was thinking, "whew, looks like a cold, windy day," until I remembered we live in the same city and I could guess which cold windy day it was. :( Thanks for all the help you put out there for us! This is a really useful breakdown, since I've often felt my solo throwing practice was kind of aimless, but I'll be able to use some of these ideas now to get better more efficiently, I hope.
