I just installed one of these key-less locks on our front door, and it's working well. The twist-and-go works fine for me, but it's easier (for me) to just use the pin code to unlock the door. The process for the twist-and-go is you fire up the app on your smart phone, press the "activate key" button on the phone-app, then touch the lower left had corner of the keypad near the check-mark symbol with your finger, while the keypad lights up you rotate your phone 90 degrees the the right then back, and the door unlocks. Again, for me, it's just easier to enter the pin to unlock the door. I'm planning to get another one for the back door, and maybe the garage door entrance too.

And finally I find the instructions on how to properly use this feature from a TH-cam comment. You'd think the app would have some further instruction on this right?!

As others say the digital keys is just not thought out well. I think they give you 4 keys to start on your account. I have 5 locks so it does not even cover that. Then it needs a separate key for each lock. I would love to be able to have one key used with multiple locks. (same concept as having the same locks keyed throughout the house). Have never bothered with the bluetooth as it required you to manually interact with the lock. If I want to do anything manually with the lock I would just put my pin in.

The app doesn't work. There have been multiple complaints about this and they are all the same. Twist & Go requires too many variables to go right in order for it to work, including the phone sensitivity to tilting. This shouldn't be a requirement. If you want to protect from accidental unlocks, just add a confirmation button to the process and you're done. Tap unlock. Tap confirm. The end. Fire your design team and get your development team to fix this issue immediately. I didn't pay $200 for a garbage device that works only when it wants to. Total garbage.
