Especially Asian women! ❤️ I also spend weekends for the videos! I can relate to a lot of this! Even though I’m in tech, a lot of people are against change, so we have a fair share of change management we take on ourselves if we don’t have change management consultants on the team.

How can someone be a consultant straight out of undergrad? I ask, because every consulting company that I've research prefer candidates with an MBA. I've seen people who did an internship in consulting while in undergrad but there are no internships for people out of school.

I am still in the training process, the more i learn about the particular role the more i realise the role is not for me. However i love the company so much! Shall i stay on the role i’m in and gain skills then move to a more suited role internally in the future or shall i start applying for different roles within the company now? Please help.
I think it depends on growth opportunities within your company, your relationship with your manager, etc! Maybe you can start by having some discussions/coffee chats with people in the department(s) you’re interested so you can learn about their work and build your network?
Mine were mostly behavioral, plus a case presentation (got a case study before the interview and had to prepare a presentation on it answering a few questions). My interview also consisted of a “writing test”
It would be cool to see you cover the romantic lives of consultants. Plenty of potential topics from making time for it to looking in traveling cities to pros and cons of being with someone in a different career. Understandably thornier territory though, and that too not everyone's priority.
