It's really refreshing being subscribed to a channel like this where it's focused on career, life advises, and work-travel vlogs as opposed to the bustling world of TH-cam where it's all about CHALLENGES and SUPERFICIAL BEAUTY (no shade tho ✌)
I’m a tech consultant at Accenture (I also have a channel focused on tech consulting!), and it’s great to see other consultants on TH-cam shedding light to this career. Especially Asian women! ❤️ I also spend weekends for the videos! I can relate to a lot of this! Even though I’m in tech, a lot of people are against change, so we have a fair share of change management we take on ourselves if we don’t have change management consultants on the team.
i've been bingeing your videos for the past few days and i'm still so amazed at how eloquent you are! not sure if you get this often but you should definitely do a podcast 🥰
I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I love you! I just got accepted into business school and hope to become a consultant some day too. Your videos are always so entertaining and educational. I could listen to you talk all day 💛
Thanks for another excellent video. I always enjoy listening to you talking, you have indeed a very clear way to explain things. I would love to hear more about your way of balancing work and private life. Btw I do plan my trip too around food locations :D
Thanks for sharing! Even though I’m not currently interested in consultany-related jobs, I still really enjoy your video like this 💙 btw, have you ever considered recording a podcast ? 😳 I found so many people just like me love your voice and of course your useful advices, experiences so much! Following your TH-cam channel is one of my best decisions in 2016 :)
hahaha I’ve considered it many times 😂 maybe eventually but right now I don’t think I have the time!! Aw you’ve been around since London. Thank you so much for the support! :)))
kchoi I was an exchange student in Holland during my junior year in college and now I'm here again for my masters. So I can really understand when you said that so many people want to back to the country they've been because of the exchange program 👻
Hi kchoi! I am graduating this December with a degree of statistics and had an interview with a consulting firm today (I never thought of becoming a consultant). With that being said, your videos are SUPER helpful! Thank you. AND I LOVE your glasses...where can I buy that swag?
How can someone be a consultant straight out of undergrad? I ask, because every consulting company that I've research prefer candidates with an MBA. I've seen people who did an internship in consulting while in undergrad but there are no internships for people out of school.
Hi Kristina ! I’m currently a sophomore in high school and I’ve always been interested in pursuing a job or a major that revolves around economics or management and you’ve really inspired me to want to become a change management consultant ! I was wondering if you could give me any tips on would I should do right now to increase my chances in getting accepted into college and potentially a job as a consultant, any classes or programs I should be doing that can benefit me ?
Internships during college! A master’s is not really needed for consulting but some people choose to get an MBA after a few years. People have lots of different backgrounds though!
Hi Kristina, hoping if you could probably give me some advice. I recently started at a banking company that i absolutely love. I am still in the training process, the more i learn about the particular role the more i realise the role is not for me. However i love the company so much! Shall i stay on the role i’m in and gain skills then move to a more suited role internally in the future or shall i start applying for different roles within the company now? Please help.
I think it depends on growth opportunities within your company, your relationship with your manager, etc! Maybe you can start by having some discussions/coffee chats with people in the department(s) you’re interested so you can learn about their work and build your network?
GIRL, you not wearing makeup & having your hair back never even crossed my mind till ya mentioned it. Be blessed ya dnt have acne loll. Love these career vids!
Mine were mostly behavioral, plus a case presentation (got a case study before the interview and had to prepare a presentation on it answering a few questions). My interview also consisted of a “writing test”
It would be cool to see you cover the romantic lives of consultants. Plenty of potential topics from making time for it to looking in traveling cities to pros and cons of being with someone in a different career. Understandably thornier territory though, and that too not everyone's priority.
sorry, i don't speak/know chinese so i can't personally create chinese subtitles (i used google translate for your comment haha 😊)! i'm actually korean (not that that means i can't know chinese of course)

This girl is legit smart as f, you can even see by the way she articulates her thoughts

Sure!
7:50 work/study/hobby balancing and allocating adequate amount of time for each task is very tough for me... I'm learning a lot from your videos~ thx!

How to get an internship in consulting whilst being in the final year of software engineering?
I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I love you! I just got accepted into business school and hope to become a consultant some day too. Your videos are always so entertaining and educational. I could listen to you talk all day 💛

They’re Warby Parker - the style is Baker and color is Glacier Grey (but that color is discontinued now 😔)
What is the biggest difference between each department of consulting?
i have a video called "what is consulting" that gives a VERY brief and in no way complete overview of that!
How can someone be a consultant straight out of undergrad? I ask, because every consulting company that I've research prefer candidates with an MBA. I've seen people who did an internship in consulting while in undergrad but there are no internships for people out of school.
You look beautiful even without makeup!!~
Do you do cover letter /cv reviews? I'm applying to MBB atm and would appreciate any help. Love your videos!

How would I get into change management consulting if I decide to major in marketing for my undergrad?would I also need to get a masters in management?
Internships during college! A master’s is not really needed for consulting but some people choose to get an MBA after a few years. People have lots of different backgrounds though!
I'm coming to the end of my MBA, would you suggest internships are the best way to secure a consulting role?
now that you have some experience in consulting....do you plan to apply to some consultant jobs in nyc in the future?
You made me want to change my career xD love your videos!!
loved the q&a, very informative but by the way you forgot the Letter L in Consultant on your headline :)
hahaha thanks :D
Is there any way we can get in contact with you? I’m a junior in high school and I have some questions about becoming a change consultant.
Can you please tell what are the scope or job chances doing MiM from UK? Is there jobs avaiable in market after completing the course ?
Would it have been possible for you to go into management consulting from PR without a degree MiM?

What kind of questions did they ask you for the interview as an consultant?
Mine were mostly behavioral, plus a case presentation (got a case study before the interview and had to prepare a presentation on it answering a few questions). My interview also consisted of a “writing test”
I should be a consultant
You are beautiful even without makeup ❤️
Do you have any other forms of income besides TH-cam? Eg real estate

I like your eyebrow's shape. I really want to know how to fix the shape of your eyebrows by cutting and pulling strands out.
