"We're always trying to change our situations not realizing we've been put in those situations so that we can change."
Cannot tell you how much I agree with that statement!!! It's all about getting away from that victim mindset and learning to take control of a situation to make the most out of it and grow from it!!!
Much peace and love to all you beautiful people out there, spreading positive vibes to all y'all!!! 😊😊🙏✌️

This year has been very hard for me .
And the quote "we are put in situations to change our selves " totally defines it . For months I was running away from things ,persons , situations ,occasions in my study life , in my family but then I realized no matter what I do I can not escape from it . So I faced it and I changed . All for good . And I found your channel this year , which has been the highlight of my 2019 . I am so grateful jay for helping me grow emotionally and making me strong .
Your words really inspires me and means a lot .
    Thank you jay .

Thanks to the universe for this video at this time in my life. I feel so blessed to be in this situation where I have switched my job recently and taken a huge risk by challenging myself, left my comfort zone and walked towards the tough and unknown. I am dealing with new job anxiety now and I am trying to fall in love with this job so that it doesnt feel like a burden and I know I have a lot to learn about life from this one.

Jay Shetty, you are an inspiration, for me, and many others like me. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better me every day. And for inspiring me to help others become a better them every day. My name is Tanvir Ahmed and I have a dream. My dream is to live in a world where everyone is at their natural best and in which depression doesn’t exist. My goal is to inspire people through my videos and help them improve their lives. I believe each and every one of us has the ability to grow. So, I opened my own TH-cam channel to serve my vision. To make it a reality. It is the first step. A small step. But a step forward. Thank you for inspiring me.

This was such a good advice. You don't attract what you want, but how you are in this very moment that determines what you attract.
Our wants are all made up of new permutations of the past that we've experienced, just a new version of that. If we learn to stay less in the mind (past and future) and see the aliveness of the present moment then life just flows, we are at ease with life and we realise the most important thing - all human experience of life is internal.

This video is emphasizing the BEGINNING feelings. Love your job? I get it, in a way. Be involved in you job. Express happiness in it, weather it's YOUR dream job or not. Also, changing jobs doesn't change the person! But...,
If the job or position is not for you, and you want more, then stop settling, and go for more! Stay energetic and learn more too. At the same time, to the new leaders, be humble and don't forget the honest, objective people that stayed by your side, to help get you there, and are still there around you!

😮 👏 great message although people hate there jobs because they know they can be greater also I heard the quote “of you find yourself in the wrong story, pick yourself up and leave” 😅that’s prob what everyone thinks is the right thing to do... I mean I was in school and I hated it- I was in a toxic environment with bully’s and rude mean people and I kept pushing my way out of there until I ended up into another toxic environment and I still pushed and now things are calmed down but I think nobody should give up until they find what they need atleast 60 percent of what they need then what they want

Ever thankful to you Jay, for feeding the society with all these insights. Ofcourse it's good to see the real you, with those live expressions, that better transmits the energy to the audience. Nevertheless, anything new from you, is worth spending(investing) time and energy on. Cheers!
However, on a lighter note, the animation doesn't match you much, but ofcourse I spotted the attempt to color the eyes. :) ... gratitude and admiration!!

This can't always be true and cannot be applied in every situation. Sometimes leaving a job you don't like can give you better opportunity to find something you suit and interest level is at it's best. If the work environment is very toxic it's rather better to leave. Because happiness is the greatest wealth and if you are not happy and your mentally not happy then definitely there's no point of holding on to that job any longer. It will only make you suffer more. I would definitely leave a job I don't love and wouldn't force myself to love it either because that is mental torture.
