How important is meal choice? I only eat 2 or 3 meals with meat in a day, the rest is yogurts, granola, oatmeal, eggs, bagels… I’m still hitting all my macros but would I see a difference if I ate more meals like this? Definitely gonna start throwing in more pink salt to see if I notice the pump!! More content all prep! Loved your last series!
I thought you weigh meat raw? So if I buy a pound of beef, after I cook it, it registers like 12/13 oz or less instead of 16. Am I under eating? I'm always getting conflicting info on this.

I'm glad I'm not a bodybuilder, he makes eating seem depressing 😆. I train in MMA, so I can deviate from my diet to make it fun to eat. Plus we train cardio like crazy so we burn it anyway. But I say that to say, this guy is legit, and what commitment it takes to be one of the best.

Switch to front squats. There are other quad-dominant exercises than just squats. Front squats and leg press with varied stance has really helped me
