      Please I'd love your input, I try my best to follow your guidance, here is my challenge; as it gets to the point when there is this overwhelming feeling as if I'm about to experience the OBE.. My heartbeat accelerates and that seems to make me aware of my body again and blocks the process for me. Do you have any advice on how to get through that? I'd so much appreciate your input.

      for me the more you put your body through that overwhelming state, the more u become used to it so you know to start expecting it and it will no longer startle you/ wake u up@@ze_WATCHER

      Hi, Rosalie! I tried this meditation yesterday before going to sleep and had a strange experience. I wonder if you could tell me what you think it was... After repeating the mantra in my head 3 times, (I am a being whit unlimited potential, ...) I suddenly experienced a weird and powerful jolt through my head/brain. It felt like a short circuit of energy. I've never felt anything like it before and I don't have any experience with astral projection. The whole thing scared me, so I just stopped with the meditation and went to sleep. What was that? Thank you

    Reached the vibrational stage and was super close to astral projecting. The peak of the vibration seems the first vibration. Afterwards, it kinda goes down. That's what it's been like for me so far. Looking forward to making more progress!!

    So siked to see you posted a new meditation last night. I woke up 3 hours before I have to go work my physical life experience away in hopes of another successful projection on this one. Your's is one of 3 channels that uploaded a guided meditation that directly allowed me to separate, either from a lucid dream or from mind awake, body asleep. Your voice and the lack of disturbing sounds or music is FANTASTIC. Love your meditations🙏♾️🙌❤️. Hope to see you on tbe Astral Planes some time 😊 Here goes everything! I WILL astral project tonight!

      @@candicewilson1591 "Susanna is This a Dream"'s and "Todd Acamesis"'s channels. Susanna's "Astral Aerobics" was my first successful AP. Todd's "Astral Projection for Beginners" worked as well. I think if you look at my profile I kept a playlist called "Astral Projections That Worked" public so you're welcome to steal it.☺️ Also, TH-cam search "How to leave your body in 3 days" and watch that seminar. The whole part about palpating objects took my AP time from a few seconds to a few minutes. I wish you a ton of luck and I'm sending you positive energy! Just don't get frustrated and be patient. In fact, stop "trying" all together and just listen to the meditation and do as it says expecting nothing, but conscious of what your intentions are just in case. The only other advice I can give people is that you should be exercising your astral body, decalcification of your pineal gland, meditations/binaural beats to raise vibration and open the 3rd eye, and I HIGHLY recommend trying it in either a recliner or somewhere other than the bed you normally sleep in, but if that bed is your only option, try to project laying with your head on the end of the bed you normally have your feet on.       Could you share which other meditations allowed you to AP? I've listened to sooooo many, every night for the last 1 & ½ years if not more. I get SO close. Or I can feel my soul coming back into my body but I can't remember the journey 😭

    Hello! As I enter the vibrational state, I notice my heart rate rising and often this limits me for allowing the entirety of my body to leave. Do you have recommendations on how I can try to combat this? I have been practicing for 4 years now, and I still hit this wall at times!

    Hi, I'm new to your channel and to meditation, to all of this basically. I was hoping I could ask a question and anyone could answer ., hopefully. I tried meditation once or twice a day for a week. Each time I literally feel butterflies or tingly during and for a little bit after. Is that normal? Also should I try astral projection yet or should I wait?

      The tingly - its your energy moving this is normal, also i reccomend you to continue for now with meditation cause seems like it is working for you, and later of course try astral projection both great expiriances. Good luck 😊🌷
