⚠ Attention! The mistake was made in the video at 5:23 minutes. The tightening torque is 200 Nm + 180°, not 145 Nm. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Why are there no wheel bearing bolts? I see four holes but I don't see you placing any

On an earlier posted video there was a view comment which discussed the error of failing to replace a "Washer". I did not see a washer being replaced in this video. Whats the deal with the Washer replacement? Where is there a video link which addresses and shows this alleged Washer that should be replaced when the wheel bearings are replaced.?

Please specify which washer we are talking about. Indicate the timing of the video with this moment.

@@MikeR-dc8bi i did it,but i had too loosen the wheel bearing..when you have loosen the bearing, gently wiggle the brake disc past caliper mounting bracket and bring the bearing out at the same time then you will see it works..good luck👍

He really should have replaced his gloves before reassembly. And no safety glasses ah lord he obviously doesn't care about his own health and safety.

Atleast he had gloves ,personally l try to lick off as much brake dust of as l can before hand to save my gloves getting dirty.

@@johnferguson5548 When have you ever started work on a car with a used pair of gloves.Every tool is cleaned and placed in its order in the tool chest and all rags and gloves are disposed of properly at the end of any job.Always start a job with new gloves and spotless tools.Dirty worker dirty work.

@@ianpurcell7266 sorry for my poor atempt at humour(l don't really lick brake dust),l'm afraid that l've been brought up old school.Personally l don't wear gloves as after putting them on after 2 minutes your hands are sweating in a bag.My trade is a stone mason (mechanics has been my hobby for the last 30 years)so my hands are like old bits of leather.l'm well aware of the "dangers" of used oil etc but thats my choice. The dirty worker dirty work comment is not accurate as l know a 71 year old transmission reduilder and a semi retired diesel injection system reconditioner who workshops are an enigma but their work is second to none.
