    Just wanted to share what I have done and continue to do to help with my anxiety and panic attacks and why I chose a more holistic approach.

    Hi G! Miss chatting with you. It broke my heart when you said you were having meltdowns and they were like the same as a panic attack cuz that’s what it looks like when my son has meltdowns and I feel so helpless. I’m glad you’re letting yourself rest and hope you’re doing well. Much love 💗

      I don't think all my meltdowns are like panic attacks per se.. but my panic attacks are a meltdowns. A form of them. My meltdowns happen in different ways. Panic attacks is one of the ways I have learned. I'm sorry you feel so helpless. Just being patient, kind and supportive in those moments is way more than you can even imagine. trust me *hugs* miss talking to you too and I hope you are well xo
