Technical error പോലും... യാത്രക്കാർ പലർ ചോദിച്ചു, പൈലറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും പറയാത്തത് എന്താണെന്ന്... We are always proud of Air India. We always prefer Air India to go to Kochi from "Newark of New Jersey" because 1) Timeing is convienet for me. I can reach home the next day evening. Around 20 hours of flight time. 2) Flight provides Indian food and we all prefer only Indian food. 3) Newark and Kochi airports are so close to my homes. 4) The rate is so cheap. Usually pays around $700. Other flights charge 2 to 3 times more. 5) Flight attendants speak Indian languages. So our parents can travel alone. 6) We can get food and water at any time easily. So no need of disturbing flight attendants. I had only one problem with Air India in the last 20 years. I didn't get any directions or help from the Air India airport support team when the flight was delayed due to the flood. Not an issue when we are traveling alone. I will prefer Air India for future India trips. Hope the new management won't increase the rates.

Without that any company would not blindly invest with such huge money. One should remember that the deal signings will have India government-to Us Government talks to get a better deal. Also there is a deal given to Tata from a jet Manufacturing company Lockheed Martin to have spare parts manufacturing plant in India. All these will have a huge support and initiative from Government.

Last Fortnight I flew Toronto Delhi non stop and Delhi..Bangalore by AIR INDIA business class. Very good service.The improvement shown by Air India compared to its own performance as a UNION CONTROLLED PSU is very much visible. But a few cases raised by Keralites blaming AIR India gulf routes SURELY POLITICALLY MOTIVATED.
Air India was one of my most loved airline ....... when I fly to India (KOCHI) from USA. But recently I changed my mind to another air lines , cause during stop over in Delhi air port, I need to collect the baggage and dump in air india counter again in Delhi , this was bothering me so much. If India Govt. and Air India solve this problem , that collecting baggage at final destination (Kochi )....I am ready to fly with AI again. Lot of malayalee passengers already shifted to another air lines , because of this issue.

Technical error പോലും... യാത്രക്കാർ പലർ ചോദിച്ചു, പൈലറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും പറയാത്തത് എന്താണെന്ന്... Technical error സംഭവിക്കാം, പക്ഷേ യാത്രക്കാരെ മറ്റു മാർഗത്തിലൂടെ അവരുടെ എത്തേണ്ട രാജ്യത്ത് എത്തിക്കുക, അതല്ലേ ഇവർ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്? മലയാളി എയർ ഹോസ്റ്റസ്, ഇവളുമാർ പുച്ഛത്തോടെ ആണ് customer ne deal ചെയ്തത്... ഒരു കൂസലും ഇല്ലാതെ.. മിനിറ്റിനു വെച്ച് 100 ദിർഹം വരെ കൂട്ടി കൂട്ടി ticket charge, അകത്ത് പ്രായം ആയവരും, കൊച്ചു കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങൾ വരെയും, AC യും ഇല്ല, അനക്കവും ഇല്ല... കെട്ടി വലിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പോയിട്ട് പറയാം എന്ന്, ഇനി ഏത് മാസം നാട്ടിൽ എത്തിക്കാം എന്ന്...

We are always proud of Air India. We always prefer Air India to go to Kochi from "Newark of New Jersey" because
1) Timeing is convienet for me. I can reach home the next day evening. Around 20 hours of flight time.
2) Flight provides Indian food and we all prefer only Indian food.
3) Newark and Kochi airports are so close to my homes.
4) The rate is so cheap. Usually pays around $700. Other flights charge 2 to 3 times more.
5) Flight attendants speak Indian languages. So our parents can travel alone.
6) We can get food and water at any time easily. So no need of disturbing flight attendants.
I had only one problem with Air India in the last 20 years. I didn't get any directions or help from the Air India airport support team when the flight was delayed due to the flood.
Not an issue when we are traveling alone.
I will prefer Air India for future India trips. Hope the new management won't increase the rates.

Without that any company would not blindly invest with such huge money. One should remember that the deal signings will have India government-to Us Government talks to get a better deal. Also there is a deal given to Tata from a jet Manufacturing company Lockheed Martin to have spare parts manufacturing plant in India. All these will have a huge support and initiative from Government.

Air India was one of my most loved airline ....... when I fly to India (KOCHI) from USA. But recently I changed my mind to another air lines , cause during stop over in Delhi air port, I need to collect the baggage and dump in air india counter again in Delhi , this was bothering me so much. If India Govt. and Air India solve this problem , that collecting baggage at final destination (Kochi )....I am ready to fly with AI again. Lot of malayalee passengers already shifted to another air lines , because of this issue.
