Hello, crafty friends! Here is a link to a folder containing a PDF with all the Die-Cut December sketches. Feel free to download a copy for personal use: www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/fbr2yunj6c7jn2g7d6wa6/AHzU4TJVpzaqGuxOPFun8Vo?rlkey=c3dwjnygukxrkuh8ydoeditzg&st=hdjtyrv9&dl=0
Such a useful tip to use an almost matching ink to subdue the contrast in patterned papers. Thank you for sharing! I have lots of papers that might get a new lease of life after watching this video.
A great way to use up my patterned paper pads. You taught me that its ok to ink over patterned paper! Never would have thought of that! Great cards! Beautiful flowers!
Natalie, I enjoy your videos so much. Your cards are lovely. You give me so much inspiration and also teach me so much. I'm really enjoying this die cut series. Thank you!
Ooh, I have some edger dies so will definitely be trying this with the pattern papers as well. Thank you for all your lovely ideas so far in diecut December. Loving the series. Tfs xxx
Such pretty cards, all ready to go to the next deserving person on your list. The gold is elegant and the lavender is such an eye catching pop of color. Love the idea of your "Birthday Sentiment Stash Box." I need one of those!
It's so satisfying to use your smoosher invention. Felt like Little Red riding hood....the first embossing folder pattern wasn't quite enough, the second was too much and the third was just right! Looking forward to watching today's video.....
These came out so good! On the pastel purple one, the stripes almost gave it a corrugated type of feel (at least on camera). I love how you inked over the patterned paper to give it the look you wanted--Smart!
Good morning Natalie. These cards are very beautiful. I love the idea of ink blending over the paper. Quite often we have papers we likely wouldn't use and blending over them "tames" them enough that they can be used. Thanks so much as always. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
Love it when you do videos using patterned paper. I have lots that I never use. Will be using them now. You always give us something different. Thank you 🥰
I like the sketch, and I like the way to use patterned paper, both as partial background and for the flowers. I got a bit distracted by hearing you say many words in a row starting with a p; patterned paper pad, petals, purple, pistachio etc. And I thought “say that 3 times in a row”… I had the feeling you were thinking the same thing😂 But I also wanted to tell you that I like your own made patterned paper more than most paper pads. Unfortunately I have a lot (and I mean a lot) patterned paper pads! I have to alternate the paper to be able to use it, so should you need some ideas for next year: all ideas to alter “ugly” (12x12) papers are very welcome!! Thanks for today’s ideas👍
