I love watching these videos. First of all, Kristin Chenoweth is HILARIOUS. I love that she does these duets at her show. There is so much talent in the world and we often only get to see a sliver. She gives these young girls an opportunity to showcase their gifts!!! This was great...

Sorry, but this is so fake. She literally goes in to a gig with a girl who is set up to do this song... Just look it up your self. .. she even does the " OCD" joke every time. That being said, I love it. Every time it makes me cry .. I think this is one of the first recorded moments of this, but there are so many... Same song, same set up, it's all very choreographed.
Yes, you are correct. Isn’t it amazing of Kristin to give other individuals an opportunity to sing along with her on stage. What an incredible experience it is. In some instances she chooses people directly from the audience and in other instances she has already chosen them. In my case, my theater director shared a video of me singing, “Popular” with Sarah Michelle Gellar, who is a dear friend of Kristin’s. Sarah shared it with Kristin and that is how I was chosen to sing in a theater of 1500 patrons alongside her. That said, we never rehearsed ahead of time, so this was the first time we had sung together. Such an awesome experience for me and the many others who are blessed with this opportunity! ❣️
