I agree with you. Sometimes you got to motivate motivation. So for example if you daily go for a walk but one day you just don`t feel like going for one. Then you got to get up and battle against your thoughts and go for your walk. Mostly you will feel the motivation growing after 10 minutes and by the time you return home you feel doubly motivated because you beat the negative lazy thoughts and felt so refreshed after completing the walk. I know, I been like this many times. 😊
