I bought the TNC225R a month ago. Did I ever get a great piece of kit! I got tired of waiting for the "next great thing" and pulled the trigger on the DNT. It is an INVESTMENT not a piece of "gun safe queens." It is currently set up for my CZ American bolt action .17HMR, an AR-15 in 5.56 NATO 20-inch, and an AR in 7.62x39 with 16-inch barrel for the ballistic calculator. It is stable and just plain WORKS. I like the PIP in the center top and switch back and forth digital, thermal, digital on the fly. There is a new unit coming out, but we won't see it "here in the colonies" for quite a while. As a new owner... sure there is a lot to learn to master this Scope and while most of it is quite intuitive... I'd suggest you make a bigger deal of the Day/Night aspect. This is not only a Key Feature, but also a very basic one to help get started ..... Using the slash instead of a comma, like "Day, Night & thermal" would help as I couldn't figure if Day vs Night were different features or just parts of the same feature. I thought they were separate, but couldn't find clear directions on how to switch from Day to Night or how to turn on the IR feature. Sure, you can say it is in there as it sort of backs into this topic, but not clearly till you know a bit more. Imo it needs a * type Note with directions on how to go from Day to Night and another ** for how to turn on the IR... Maybe you would consider expanding and highlighting that section in your video, as well as giving DNT this feedback. I found where others were struggling with this issue as well. Thank you!
