Right click a sheep with shears to get wool. Use 3 wool on top of 3 wood planks to craft a bed.
Right click a horse with a bare hand (empty slot) to ride one. Horses need taming. To tame it ride it until it emits love hearts.
To get ingots which are used to make advanced armor and tools you need to smelt ore in a furnace with a fuel source. You can use a variety of fuel sources including all sorts of wood. To craft an oven you need to have eight cobblestone and look in the crafting table for the recipe. To get cobble stone you need to mine stone (the gray blocks that take longer to break) with a pickaxe. You've made a pickaxe before.
Chests can be used to store excess material. Chests are crafted with eight wood in the same pattern as a oven.
A sword or axe is used to kill mobs including monsters. Look in the crafting table for the recipe.
A long range weapon. A bow is crafted from 3 sticks and 3 string. String is collected from spiders, "tarantulas" as you've been calling them, after killing them. You'll need arrows which are crafted from sticks, feathers (gathered from chickens), and flint (gathered from mining gravel). You can also get arrows and bows from killing skeletons.
You need to be more patient with the fishing rod. Throw your line into the water and wait for a nibble on your line. You'll see bubbles come toward your bobber. When the bobber is pulled down into the water right click to make the catch. You can get a variety of loot from fishing, but notably fish, which you can use to tame a cat.
Sheep and cows are fed with wheat, not hay blocks. Feeding two animals will make most animals reproduce.
I'll try to continue to give you helpful tips based on what you're asking.

    Tips:
    - Do not worry about the dragon for a long time, it's quite complicated to find it
    - Make torches (coal and stick) to light up caves
    - when you have used a crafting table/furnace, always break it to pick it back up
    NEXT:
    - go into a cave
    - mine stone with a wooden pickaxe
    - make a stone pickaxe
    - look for iron ore and break it with the stone pickaxe (it looks like stone with stuff in it)
    - use a furnace (made of 8 stone) to turn the iron ore into ingots
    - craft an iron pickaxe
    - craft a SHIELD (you can block enemy attacks)

I would suggest to forget the dragon for now. I don’t want to spoil much but it’s impossible to find the dragon right now.
You should get torches for light, then explore some caves for iron and other resources.

Few tips/hints that might help you (I strongly advise you to read them all):
1 - There are right tools for the right job
2 - The tool you use affects the behavior of block breaking (some blocks are only obtained through certain tools)
3 - You will heal when your hunger bar is filled. So to heal, you must eat
4 - Try to avoid the night by sleeping.
5 - Some materials are underground as ores, some are found as loot in different structures, and some are mob drops.
6 - The world is practically infinite and procedurally generated through a random seed. So nothing is "purposefully" placed in the game. There are many different structures that will generate, too, like the villages.
7 - The big dude attacking the monsters is the iron golem, don't attack it or you'll die. It doesn't attack every monster.
8 - Some creatures are passive (will never attack the player), neutral (will only attack the player in certain situations, like being attacked first), and hostile (will always attack the player).
9 - The creatures spawn randomly and in certain conditions, like biom, time of the day, luminosity, or even structure. Place torches to avoid monsters that don't spawn in lit areas.
10 - If you die, you will respawn to the last bed you slept, unless it is broken, moved, or obstructed somehow. So, keeping some backup items in a chest next to your bed is a good idea.
11 - The dragon lives in a different dimension called "The End" hence the name "Ender Dragon". There's also a dimension called "Nether" that is basically a hellish world with various dangers. More about this in the following tips.
12 - To go to the nether, you will need a diamond pickaxe to collect obsidian (a material formed when water encounters static lava blocks). With that material, you'll make a 4×5 rectangle (2x3 inside) and light the inside on fire (you'll need an item made from iron and flint, which is found mining gravel). That will open the portal. ⚠️⚠️DO NOT HIT THE ZOMBIE PIG DUDES HOLDING A GOLDEN SWORD⚠️⚠️Try not to die.
Now, bear with me in this last one
13 - To go to the end dimension, you'll need to make an "eye of ender", made with ender pearls (the black tall creatures have a chance to drop them when killed) and "blaze powder" made from "blaze rods" collected from killing "blazes" in a "nether fortress" found in, you guessed it, the nether.
After making the ender eye (you'll need about 14 or more), you throw it in the air and follow it. Keep doing this until it eventually starts to point down. When it does, it means you found the undeground structure where the portal is, called the "stronghold," which is kind of a labyrinth. Upon finding the portal, you click with the eyes around its ring to complete it and activate it.
Keep in mind you'll need armor, weapons, blocks to build, food, and ranged weaponry to take on the Dragon. There will be crystals in towers that will heal it unless you break them. They also explode, so yeah. The dragon can yeet you into the sky, and you might splat on the ground...
You'll probably die and lose all your stuff, but at least you'll build experience, hahaha. But there you go, hopefully I gave you something to work with. Minecraft is a highly complex game, with numerous features and things to explore. You also don't have to follow a recipe. You can play it however you want. There are no set-in-stone goals.

Let's just focus on 1-10, and getting iron tools for now. Break stone (the gray stuff on/under the ground) with your wooden pickaxe specifically. Use three cobblestone and 2 sticks to make a stone pickaxe. Use 8 stone in a ring in the crafting menu to create a furnace. If you go into caves or find large patches of stone above ground, look for stone with black stuff imbedded in it. That is coal and that is the ideal source to charge your furnace. Mine is with the wooden or stone pickaxe. Something else you want to look for is tan stuff embedded in the stone, that is iron ore. You must use your stone pickaxe to mine it, a wooden one can break it, but won't give you anything. After collecting that, right click on your furnace, place the coal in the bottom part, and the iron ore in the top and wait for the arrow to light up white. The ore will be consumed, and you will be given iron ingots. Use those to craft better tools, and make armor. You want a lot of it. 24 for full armor, 2 for a sword, 3 for a pickaxe. 29 in total at least. Ideally more because tools and armor will eventually break.

Okay so the enderdragon is found in another realm called the End, but before you go there, you need to go to the Nether, and before you go there, you need to get more supplies and materials. Build up your food stock. Figure out more about how the game works. Go mine in caves, but make sure you have TORCHES!! (You need sticks and coal to make them) Search for iron and make iron armor and iron tools, and if you can, keep looking for diamonds. Usually they can be found in the deeper parts of the caves. Once you have diamonds, you create a Nether Portal (I would recommend looking up a video or something to teach you how that works) and then there will be some things you need to get in the Nether. Once you have EVERYTHING mentioned here and in the rest of the comments/any tutorial videos you watch, you find a stronghold so that you can create an End portal. You find that by throwing Eyes of Ender (which I believe are made from Ender Pearls, which you get from Endermen), and then you place them around the portal and go in. In that realm, you will find the dragon, and you will see a bunch of towers made from obsidian. You need to make your way up the towers and destroy the floating things on top of them BEFORE you attack the dragon because she uses them to heal herself. Then, while dodging her attacks, you shoot arrows at her (or hit her with your sword when she's perched close to the ground) until she dies. Hope this helps!!
    P.S.
Try to keep your hunger at 100%!! That's how you heal faster. I notice you usually still have one hunger bar empty.

    1. Please forget about the dragon, it's the final boss of the game, so it'll come later.
    2. Instead, some nice beginner goals are:
    - Mine coal and iron (and diamond later) Be aware you need at least a stone pickaxe for it (and an iron pickaxe for mining diamonds) A wooden pickaxe wont work
    - Make a farm (both vegetable and animals). For the vegetable farm, you can use your hoe on dirt near water, along with seeds. For animal farm, use wheat to bread cows for example. You can also craft fences so the cows dont run away
    3. You wanted a map right? Well from the sugar cane in your inventory, you can make paper and from paper you can make a map

    Some tips:
    1. Always have tools ready.
To do that, craft a wooden pickaxe using two sticks and three wooden planks. The type of plank doesn't matter. Hint: you can also craft sticks by putting two planks above each other in the crafting menu.
Once you have a pickaxe, mine some stone from the ground. With the cobblestone you get and more sticks, you can make better tools.
Make a stone pickaxe, a stone shovel, a stone sword and a stone axe. Put them all into your hotbar for quick access.
*Use the right tool for the right job.*
Pickaxe: Breaks rock, ores and anything else made of stone.
Shovel: Breaks dirt, sand, gravel etc.
Axe: Breaks any wood faster. Can be used for combat in a pinch
Sword: Used for combat. Also important to break cobwebs, which is the white stuff you got stuck in in episode 2.
Shears: Used mainly to shear sheep for wool to craft beds.
Hoe: For farming. Can turn dirt or grass into farmland to plant seeds on.
Bucket: Crafted with 3 iron ingots in a V shape. Used to pick up and place liquids like water or lava. Be careful with lava. Lava hurts and can light wood near it on fire.
*Important: If you don't have the right tool on hand, craft one or don't use any tool at all. Using the wrong tool still depletes durability of the tool.*
There are 5 main "tiers" of tools: Wood tools < Stone tools < Iron tools < Diamond tools < Netherite tools. Ignore gold tools completely they are junk.
    2. Exploration.
I would highly recommend looking for a nice place to build yourself a home. This can be the village that you're already at, but anywhere works, really. If you plan on exploring the world for extended periods, *take a bed with you* so you can skip the night and avoid monsters. You can just place it down when it starts to get dark and go to sleep. Once you have a location, write down the coordinates. You can look at your current coordinates by pressing F3.
It'll show a lot of info, but what you're looking for is XYZ: //
X is latitude, Y is elevation, Z is longitude. Important for you is X and Z. Write the X and Z coordinate for your home base down so you can use your coordinates to navigate there.
    3. Your home.
You can build a house, but at the beginning, you can just dig a little cave for yourself as a temporary home.
Take the bed from one of the villagers and put it into the home, add a crafting table.
Craft a furnace (8 cobblestone in an O shape in the crafting table) and some chests (same recipe as Furnace, but with planks) and place them down.
Put everything you don't immediately need on you into the chest.
With the furnace, you can smelt ores into ingots, cook food and more. To do that, put e.g. iron ore in the top slot of the furnace and burnable stuff like wood (only use planks for this) or coal in the bottom slot.
It's also a decent idea to make some charcoal by putting wood (not planks!) in the top slot and putting some planks in the bottom slot.
With coal/charcoal and sticks, you can craft torches, which are very important to not only light your way, but also to reduce monster spawns. Monsters can't spawn on sufficiently illuminated blocks.
*If your house is dark, monsters can spawn inside.* The last thing you want to happen is for a creeper to spawn in your home and blow it up along with you when you enter. Important: Light does not deter monsters that already spawned.
    4. Mining.
You have a little shelter and some tools, so the best way to take advantage of that is to start mining.
*What should you take with you?*
    - Food like bread (You can craft the hay bales in villages into wheat and three wheat in a line into bread.)
    - Pickaxe (Stone is okay for the start. Later bring an iron one with you so you can mine everything.
    - Sword
    - Wood (Maybe 20 planks or so should suffice for the start. Purpose is mainly to make sticks to craft into torches with the coal you will mine underground or to make replacement tools.)
    - Crafting table (For crafting more tools etc. Pick it back up after placing it unless you have lots of wood with you to make more.)
    - Torches
*Once you have iron it helps to also bring*
    - Water bucket (Once you have some iron. Very helpful to douse flames and covering up lava lakes.)
    - Shield (Needs 1 iron ingot. Use in you off hand, which is that one slot to the right of your character in your inventory) Shields allow you to block attacks. Helpful to protect against skeletons. Can also block explosions from creepers.
    - Armor (Needs 24 iron for a full set of iron armor. Put into the slots to the left of the character in inventory.)
    *What are you looking for?*
Any kind of ore, be that coal, iron, copper etc.
Important: Ores usually require a specific level of pickaxe to be mined. *If an ore takes much longer to be broken than the stone around it, STOP! You will destroy the ore and get nothing!*
Coal ore requires at least a wooden pickaxe.
Iron ore and Lapis Lazuli ore require at least a stone pickaxe.
Diamond ore, Gold ore and Redstone ore require at least an iron pickaxe.
    Obsidian requires a Diamond Pickaxe.
    *What's important?*
    - Remember: You can always dig your way back up if you get lost in a cave.
    - Always light up caves with torches. Not only does that let you see better, it also tells you where you've been and greatly reduces the chance that you'll encounter monsters in the lit up caves.
    - If you lose health, eat something to regenerate it. Even rotten flesh from zombies works. Don't worry about the hunger bar turning green.
    5. Farming.
By breaking tall grass, you get seeds. As mentioned earlier, a hoe is needed to make farmland to plant it. The farmland also needs water near it.
To make the easiest farm, dig out a single grass or dirt block and use a bucket to put water into it. Now right click every block within 4 blocks into farmland. At the end, you should have a 9x9 square of farmland with water in the middle. Now right click the farmland with seeds to plant them. This also works for carrots, potatoes and beets.
Take note of the farmland getting darker as it gets watered by the water in the middle. The water only works on farmland on the same level as itself. It doesn't water farmland above or below itself.
*Important: Do not jump on farmland.* That will turn it back to dirt and break what you planted. Same goes when a monster jumps on farmland. As such, it is a good idea to build a fence around the farm.
Now you just have to wait till the wheat is fully grown. Go do other stuff in the meantime.
Note: You can farm underground as well, so long as you provide sufficient light to the crops with torches.
    6. Combat
When fighting, use a sword or axe to fight. Only attack when the sword icon above your crosshair is filled again. *Do not spam click your attack!* That only depletes durability faster and makes you deal minimal damage.
If you don't have a sword or axe, a tool like a pickaxe still deals more damage than using no tool at all.
Use a shield to block attacks. Remember that a shield can also block explosions from a creeper.
By jumping and hitting an enemy shortly before you land again, you can land a critical to deal bonus damage. Sprinting at an enemy and hitting the enemy will cause extra knockback to keep the monster at a distance.
You can practice both on animals, if needed.
Endermen (The very tall, thin black monsters) only attack you if you either hit them first or if you look at their faces directly. Try to avoid that.
In case you do: Put down water with your water bucket (Endermen get hurt by water and teleport away from you if they touch it) and use that breathing room to dig a hole that is only two blocks tall or run to a tree that has leaves that leave 2 blocks between them and the ground. They can only go into holes at least 3 blocks tall while you can fit into a two block tall hole. That way you can make a spot they can't reach. At that point, you can kill the enderman pretty effortlessly if you don't get too close.
    7. Animal breeding.
Animals can be bred to make more animals. That way you can get endless meat, wool, leather etc.
Cows and sheep follow you if you hold wheat. Use that to lure them to your home and put a fence around them as their pen. Fence = 6 sticks in a horizontal rectangle. Fence gate is the same, but with two planks for the middle two slots.
Pigs do the same with carrots, potatoes or beets.
Chickens follow you if you hold seeds.
Lure at least two of each into a pen.
Once you have them in a pen, you can right click two of the same animal with the respective food item and they'll make a baby.
With the respective farms, you can breed an endless supply of animals.
Never kill all of them, though.
To make sure that you don't hit an animal you don't want to hit, use an axe to butcher them. It doesn't have a sweeping AoE attack.
    Other animals:
You can tame wolves by feeding them bones. Once red hearts show and it has a colored collar, it is tame. Feed two of them meat to breed. Info: Skeletons are afraid to get near dogs. Not that useful, since you want to get close to skeletons to kill them.
You can make a dog sit by right clicking on it. Any dog that isn't sitting will follow you around and attack enemies along with you in an attempt to protect you. They are likely to die in the process.
You can tame stray cats often found in villages by feeding them *raw* fish. To get close without the cat running away, you have to hold the fish in your hand and crouch. Then slowly walk closer while crouching until the cat slowly approaches you. Once it's close, you can feed it the fish until red hearts show. Can be bred with more fish like other animals and can be made to sit and follow like dogs.Creepers and phantoms (the flying things that attack you if you don't sleep for a few days) are afraid of cats and won't get close to a cat.
Okay, I think this is enough for a guide to get you through the first hour or two.
Really makes you think how little Minecraft itself tells a completely new player.

How to kill dragon, with a few steps:
    1. Get wood (from wood you can craft basic wooden tools including pickaxe).
    2. Mine stone with a pickaxe to get cobblestone.
    3. Using cobblestone and sticks you can craft basic cobblestone tools (including pickaxe).
    4. Go underground in cave or look for landscapes with stony surfaces, and there you’ll find iron ore(looks like stone but with brown points) and coal (stone with black points).
    5. Using cobblestone you can craft furnace and smelt iron using coal to get iron ingot.
    6. With iron and coal you can create armor and torches (you need sticks for that) and all basic iron tools and also with planks you can craft a shield.
and find coal (it looks like a stone, but with black points).
    7. With that you can go deeper underground to get diamonds.
    8. With diamonds you can craft diamond pickaxe and with that you can mine obsidian (black block usually near lava).
If you’ll reach that point (or at least a few points), I’ll send you another comment what to do…

Every minecraft world is randomly generated with a random seed, so the terrain generation can be kind of wonky, and you JUST so happened to run into the WONKIEST of biomes: the windswept savanna biome. There are set pieces scattered throughout the world, but the big weird mountain isnt one of them. You are a long ways away from finding the dragon, so don't worry about that for now. Instead focus on gathering materials and mining in caves WITH TORCHES. You will need a stone pickaxe for iron, then an iron pickaxe for diamonds. Diamonds can be found below y level 0 mostly (press f3 to show XYZ coordinates in the top left somewhere. And no, there's no personal info in the f3 ui, there's nothing to worry about there)

    drew! some quick tips:
    - this is a sandbox game so you can really so whatever you want. killing the dragon is a goal for when youre fully prepared and want a challenge. right now, surviving is your challenge. theres other dimensions too but thats also not important right now.
    - the world is infinite so the terrain sometimes generates weird like that floating mountain. theres structures that can randomly generate in each biome like the villages you saw and temples. other biomes have villages and their own unique structures too. keep exploring to find more (but do that after youre all set up and have a proper base camp to call home)
    what to do next:
    1. build a house! use the wood or dirt to make a little hut to call home. place a door to let yourself in and keep the monsters out. steal a bed from the town and put it in your home so you respawn at home when you die.
    2. make a pickaxe! you need sticks and wooden planks to make a wooden pickaxe. use that to dig into the ground and collect stone. then use the stone and sticks to make all the stone tools you need (shovel, sword, pickaxe, and axe)
    3. go mining! use your stone pickaxe to go into a cave and look for coal and iron. coal ore looks like stone with black dots on it. iron ore looks like stone with light beige pinkish dots on it.
    4. use the coal and sticks to make torches. this lights up wherever you place them and stops monsters from spawning (super useful near your house and in the caves, but dont waste them everywhere)
    5. make a furnace using cobblestone (comes from breaking the stone) and use the coal to cook the raw iron. this turns the raw iron into iron ingots. use the ingots to make armor and better tools.
i think thats enough for now. theres a lot more to do but we can get to that later, i dont want to overwhelm you. (again please forget about the dragon and the dimensions, thats a challenge for episode 100 at this rate lol)

In the last episode said a few things, this is the second part i guess haha
1- enemy info: they spawn in the dark, no necessarily in the night, there is a few enemy's that get on fire while exposed to sun while others doesn't care
2-the dragon and the dimensions: in this game there is 3 dimensions, the overworld where you are, the nether your next closest objective and the end where the dragon live. To enter other dimensions you need materials, for the nether you need obsidian but you don't want to go yet. Put your attention on making yourself stronger and understanding the game for now
3- towns: there is a few things in towns that interest you:
-villagers (the ones of long nose) can trade with you things if they have jobs
-the iron golem defend the town from enemys,it spawns if there is enough villagers you can build your own but not yet and it's not that useful for the resources it takes
-beds, please. Break a bed and take it with you so you can sleep in any place, or craft your own with wool of a sheep (you can take it without killing with the shears if you want)
4- mines: to obtain the good resources you have 2 ways... Enter a generated hole in the ground or create your own. Mine down in the form of a stair, there is a good chance to found materials or a already generated cave and start making upgrades
5- recipes: as you noticed when you get a new item you get a recipe. Take your time and examine them to see what you can create, even if you can't craft stuff at least will help you know your possibilitys
That's it for now, i really hope we can guide you slowly so you in a few chapters can kill the dragon, that would be so epic

1:35 Jefferey did, in fact, die, as evidenced by the iron and a poppy on the ground. However, you can make another one by placing 4 blocks of iron (each = 9 ingots) in a T-shape formation and put a carved pumpkin on top. You can then heal them by right-clicking iron ingots on them.
Also you can in fact ride horses, but you need to not have items in your hand, and then you have to get on them repeatedly (they'll likely kick you off) until they produce heart particles. But then you have to get a saddle to actually control them.
Quick thing too: Minecraft has a procedurally generated world about the surface area of Neptune, so you can find a bunch of cool-looking terrain and biomes. But that doesn't mean there is anything on top of that big mountain; that's just the epic Minecraft worldgen for you.
Also if you're looking for the dragon, it's not in the overworld. MC has three dimensions: the overworld, which is where you are now, and the nether, which you can enter by creating a vertical rectangle out of obsidian (the corners do not have to be obsidian), with the middle being an empty 3x2 space. Obsidian can either be obtained in item form around the world or you can create it by having any water come into contact with a lava source block. Obsidian can only be mined with a diamond or netherite pickaxe. You then activate the portal by right-clicking a flint and steel while having your cursor on the inside faces of the portal. Before going to the nether, I would highly advise having some iron armor and 1 piece of gold armor (gold is worse than iron, but piglins won't attack you. Avoid basalt deltas and if you encounter hoglins you can place warped (blue) fungus on nylium to scare them away. The portal on the other side also scares them. Added note: water does not work and evaporates instantly in the nether.
There is also the End dimension, which is where the dragon is located. Getting there is quite a bit more complicated than getting to the nether. You need to get ender pearls either by trading with cleric villagers (job block = brewing stand)(right-click the villager) and getting them leveled up until they have a chance to trade you the pearls. This is the safest option for getting the pearls. The other option is to barter with the piglins in the nether (warning: piglin brutes are always hostile and do not barter, plus they do massive damage, but they only exist in bastions) using gold ingots (drop the gold on the ground), and they will have a chance to throw you some pearls. Bastions are dangerous, but they can have some really good loot, such as gold blocks hidden under chiseled blackstone (blocks with the snout face), but beware, breaking any gold-related item will anger piglins in an area. So will opening a chest. The piglins also throw fire resistance potions during bartering, which are important later. The third option of getting pearls is by killing endermen. The most efficient way of doing this is by going into the warped (blue) forest in the nether. You can then either dig yourself a two-block tall space, which the endermen cannot enter because they are 3 blocks tall (careful though, they can pick up certain blocks and get to you) or you can place a boat near them, which hopefully causes them to enter the boat, where they are trapped until you kill them (or you somehow accidentally break the boat, so... don't). At the very very very least you need 12 pearls, but I suggest you get 16 or 17.
After you got the pearls, you need to find a nether fortress (which is different from a bastion) and you need to fight blazes (you'll know when you see them) to get their blaze rods (sometimes). Each nether fortress has 2 blaze spawners, which spawn blazes at intervals if the player is nearby. Blazes mostly attack using fire, so this is there the fire res is important. However, still be careful, they do have a melee attack that is not nullified by fire res. 1 blaze rod = 2 blaze powder when converted in a crafting table. You then need to combine the pearls and blaze powder to get eyes of ender. (I suggest you leave one pearl as is, since it can allow you to teleport by throwing it, and that is needed if the end spawn platform is away from the end island). You then need to go back to the overworld, on the surface, and throw one of the eyes. It will float for a short time in a certain direction while also moving upwards, before either dropping to the ground in item form or shattering. You need to go in said direction for a decent while, and occasionally you can throw another eye, but you definitely need to do so sparingly because, as I said, they have a chance to shatter. After a while of walking, the eye will go backwards, after which you can start to throw them a bit more frequently and you can narrow down the location it points to. If the eye goes down and phases through the ground, you have hit the spot. You should still wait to see if the eye item pops up above the ground. Once you found the location, dig down at that exact location until you find stone bricks, and then enter the stronghold. Somewhere in the stronghold, there is a portal room. There is only one, and you will know it when you see it. There are also libraries, and they can have chests with some enchanted books. Once you find the portal room, break the silverfish spawner. Silverfish are pretty useless [for you, at least]. The portal will consist of 12 blocks. Right-click the blocks with your eyes of ender, and the eyes will click into the block (you cannot have them back). Some of the blocks are already filled. There is also a chance for all the blocks to be filled, pre-activating the portal, but the chances of that happening are about as likely as me having a gf.
So you fill the portal and activate it, but beware: once in, you cannot leave with your life intact until you defeat the dragon, so make sure your spawn is set near the portal (use bed). Destroy the end crystals (best with a bow, also they are explosive, and there are two caged crystals, but you can still get them if you aim through the gaps in the bottom corners) on the pillars and then attack the dragon. Also for the love of all that is holy, DO NOT FALL INTO THE VOID, as you will lose absolutely every single thing on your person.
You defeated the dragon, but...... yeah that's not actually the end of the game :)
The game straight up opens a small portal to the outer end (it's only 1 block tall though, so either throw a pearl in or place a trapdoor so you can crawl)
You can even respawn the dragon by placing 4 end crystals on the center bedrock portal.
Press L to see your advancements. Try to complete them all, and then do some other things as well. (blue axolotl..... ancient city...... you know....)

Here's what you gotta do to find the ender dragon, but you won't understand some stuff either by my bad explaining or by not knowing some stuff in the game.
Basically, you have to get to The Nether by making a nether portal. That portal is built with 10 obsidian in a 4 blocks wide and 5 blocks tall The corners could be anything you want. Then, you have to light it with a flint and steel and find a fortress to find Blazes. You have to get blaze rods from them. The, you have to get enderpearls by either killing endermen or by trading with piglins (kinda like villagers but in the nether, you have to wear gold though, or else they will try to kill you). After getting all the materials, you can craft eyes of ender. You have to have 12 or more. After this, you have to find a stronghold which is underground. Right-clicking the eyes of ender will show you the direction the stronghold is. Be careful though, as they can sometimes break. After finding the stronghold, find the end portal (it's yellow and green) and put the eyes of ender in the empty slots of the portal. There's chances where the portal could have all the slots empty, full, or some empty and some full. After filling the empty slots with eyes of ender, the portal activates. If you enter the portal, you have no way back. The only way back to the earth (or overworld in Minecraft's terms) is by beating the dragon or by dying. The enderdragon is not easy to fight though. The end crystals heal the dragon. You have to break them and then start killing the dragon. The end crystals are on top of the obsidian pillars.
Yeah, that's a lot of work to go to fight the enderdragon.

    5. Theres categories in the book. First one is "All", second one is "Tools", third is decorations i suppose, fourth is food and stuff, and last one is mechanisms. But to craft them you need to acquire redstone dust first. Which is printed as icon of the category.
    6. To get ingots you need the ore, to get the ore you need to mine in the caves.

  • @alanam994
    @alanam994 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

basic blocks to know and hot they work:
    1. wood
the type of wood doesn’t matter, it only changes the looks of some blocks, but you can craft with it all the same. wood logs are the tree trunks. you need to turn them into wooden planks to actually use them for anything. put two planks vertically to make sticks yourself. plant the tree saplings to make more trees grow and get more wood. ignore the leaves, theyre useless. they drop sticks and apples sometimes which is nice.
    2. grass/dirt
you cant pick up the grass unless you have a silk touch enchanted tool (dont worry about that right now though, you dont need it). when you break grass it turns into regular dirt blocks. these are only useful for building (like you did when getting up the mountain)
    3. stone
under the dirt, in caves, or exposed on mountains you will find a smooth gray surface. this block is stone. you need a pickaxe to break it. when you do break it, it turns into cobblestone. you need cobblestone to make stone tools. these are the most useful tools for you right now.
    - use cobblestone and sticks to make a stone pickaxe (to break stones and ores), stone shovel (to break dirt, sand, and gravel), stone axe (to break wood logs and planks), and stone sword (to kill monsters and farm animals) as soon as you can!!! these are the basic tools to survive.
    - you need 8 cobblestone to make a furnace (in the crafting table, fill all the spots except the middle one). the furnace is used to cook meat and to smelt metal ores into ingots.
    4. deepslate
once youre deep enough underground, you’ll find a different stone type called deepslate. this is a very dark, rough textured stone that takes a little longer to break than regular stone. its at this level underground that you will find lava, diamonds, and other useful things.
    - you might also find the deep dark biome here that looks exactly like the name sounds. avoid that place at all costs.
    5. ores
    important:
    - coal ore looks like stone with black dots on it. breaking it gives you coal. this is used to make torches and fuel the furnace.
    - iron ore looks like stone or deepslate with light pink/beige dots on it. breaking it gives you raw iron. you need to smelt the raw iron in a furnace to turn it into iron ingots. this is used to make iron armor and better tools. (also shears, buckets, stonecutters, and other things you dont need right now.)
    - diamond ore looks like deepslate with light greenish blue dots/stripes in it. this can only be mined with an iron pickaxe or better (not a stone or wood pickaxe). when you break it, you get diamonds. this is the best material you can get right now. its super strong armor and the tools are super fast and last a very long time. you don’t have to smelt it. diamonds are rare though.
    - lapis lazuli ore looks like stone or deepslate with dark blue chunks in it. breaking it drops a lot of lapis lazuli. you can use it to make blue dye. you can also use it to enchant your tools and armor. you dont have anything to enchant right now so dont worry about all that. this will be extremely useful later, so still pick it up.
    useless: (at least right now)
    - copper ore looks like stone with green and orange bits in it. you get raw copper. you can smelt it into copper ingots. you can make blocks and some random items with it, but it’s completely useless. you’ll never need this.
    - gold ore looks like stone or deepslate with gold chunks in it. this is useless right now, but will be good later. you can make tools and armor with it, but theyre expensive and awful so dont bother. you can use it in a different dimension, but thats a little too complicated to explain right now. we’ll get to that eventually.
    - emerald ore looks like stone or deepslate with bright green squares in it. breaking it drops emeralds. its extremely rare to find this ore and theres much easier ways to get emeralds, so dont worry about the ore. emeralds are used as money to trade with villagers. but that’s it. no other uses. so its basically useless to you right now, but it’ll be nice later on.
    - redstone ore looks like stone or deepslate with red dots in it. it also slightly glows and emits particles when activated. when broken, it drops a lot of redstone dust. redstone is like the electricity of minecraft. you can use it to make machines and certain special blocks. just like electricity in real life, this is extremely complicated and it might genuinely take you months or years to learn how it works and build something with it yourself. completely ignore this item. completely useless to you for a very very long time.
its worth noting that some ores drop experience (green orbs that fill up that green bar with the number near your hearts and hunger). you’ll need this to enchant, use an anvil, etc. this is too advanced right know, so dont worry about it yet.
    6. liquids
there are only two liquids in minecraft: water and lava. when there is liquid on top of a block, that block has dripping particles falling off the bottom of it. this is useful when youre underground and you see drops falling from the ceiling, you know theres some liquid on the other side of that block. blue is water and red is lava. you can use a bucket to pick it up and place it wherever you want. you can also use buckets to collect milk from cows, but you cant place that so it doesn’t count as a liquid (its not a block, its a food).
    - liquids have a source block that stays still. if the source is not contained, it will flow. it’ll only flow about 8 blocks (i think) before it stops. if its flat around the flow area, it will spread evenly in all directions. if there is an edge where the liquid can flow down off of, it’ll go in that direction and flow 8? blocks from there.
    - water is that blue one. you know what it is. its everywhere (oceans, underground, in lakes, etc). you can swim and dive in it but you can also drown in it so keep an eye on your breath bubbles when youre underwater. jumping into water from a tall height completely eliminates your fall damage. making a 2x2 hole in the ground and placing a bucket of water in one corner and a second bucket in the corner diagonal from it will make an infinite water source.
    - lava is the red/orange one. it looks like baked beans. it also makes a gurgling, sizzling noise. sometimes sparks and smoke particles come off of it, but thats just for looks, it doesn’t do anything. touching lava will set you on fire and burn you FAST. it also slows you down a lot so getting out of it is extremely difficult. any items that fall in lava will burn and disappear immediately. its very useful as a trash can, but not nice to fall into with all your valuables… also, lava is not infinite. you cannot make an infinite source of lava.
    - placing water on a still source block of lava turns the lava into obsidian. this is a dark black purple ish block thats extremely hard to break. you need a diamond pickaxe to pick it up and even then it takes forever to break it.
    - placing water on moving, flowing lava turns the lava into cobblestone.

    1. the world generation is infinite so sometimes it does weird things like that floating island. nobody put that there so theres nothing on it. theres lots of different biomes that can generate like deserts, oceans, jungles, etc. the best places to live are forests and plains because theres lots of wood and you need that a lot.
    2. the type of wood doesn’t matter when youre making something. it just looks different, but it does the same job. you cut down the tree to get logs, then you turn the logs into planks in your crafting table or in your inventory. planks are what you need. logs are mostly useless, they just look nice.
    3. the inventory you have is all you get. theres no second page. the bottom row is your hot bar. you can quickly hold things in your hot bar when playing by using numbers 1-9 respectively. hint: put the things youre actively using here (food, tools, blocks, torches, etc)
    4. the dragon is a boss battle youre not ready for. hes in a different dimension youre not ready for. forget about that and focus on getting settled down first.
    5. you need to eat to fill your hunger bar. a full hunger bar helps you heal your health bar much faster. you have 10 “hearts” of health (thats what the health points are called)
    6. peaceful mobs are always kind (villagers, fish, sheep, cows, etc.), neutral mobs attack only if provoked (wolves, iron golems, spiders, etc.), and hostile mobs always attack (skeletons, zombies, etc.)
    7. the town is called a village and the people with he penis noses (lol) are called villagers. they all have jobs and they trade goods, but you dont have any money right now so dont worry about that yet.
    8. jeffrey was an iron golem. hes there to protect the villagers but the monsters killed him. he attacks most hostile mobs, but he will attack you too if you hurt him or hurt a villager.
    9. items that are useless (to you right now, maybe not later but dont worry about later): rotten flesh, leaves, dead bush, string, spider eye, etc…
    10. most hostile mobs spawn in the darkness (caves, dark rooms, or nighttime). place down torches to light the place up. sleep to skip the night. use a sword to attack them, but dont spam click. spamming is useless, time the swings one after the other to deal some real damage.
    11. blocks are immune to gravity. (except sand and gravel) liquids (water and lava) flow for a certain distance and will always look for the nearest edge to flow off of if its close enough (this resets the distance it can flow and makes the liquid spread even further)

tips - go mining to find ores an collect every ore you see
    - smelt all the raw ores in a furnace to turn them into ingots
-explore your world an find structuresand loot them
-make a base of your own
-light up everywhere you go so that monsters dont spawn
-you can trade with some of the the people in the village.
-upgrade your tools fromwood to stone to iron to diomond to neterite
-try to go to the nether dimension by making a nether portal or find a ruined portal and complete it with obsidian and light with flint and steel
-you have found a desert temple if you go to the center of the pyramidand mine the yellow blocks and you will find a hole but be careful as there is a pressure plate if you stand on it you will activate a bomb
    you can rebuild Jeffry

It's all about mining, crafting, and building. The recipes are the actual goal of the game. Things like the wither and the Ender Dragon are just more ways to get recipes.

  • @Nonickavailiable
    @Nonickavailiable 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

1.- Things are constructed on the crafting table depending on it's position. Most of the materials should be constructed on the same waythey appear on the recipe book to work.
2.- Make a wooden pick, then pick the gray stone with it. It will become cobblestone, that you can use (3 cobblestone and 2 sticks) instead of the wood to make a stone pick. Stone picks are faster than wooden, and you can use them to mine iron ores (stone with grayish yellow spots in it), gold (Stone with golden yellow spots in it).
3.- Make an oven/furnace. Set 8 cobblestones as a box around the square on the center, on a crafting table. The oven haves 2 spots, top is where the food (or sand to make glass, iron ores to make iron ingots, copper ores to make copper ingots) go. On the lower spot you can place coal (mine it with a stone pickaxe, is the gray stone with black spots on it), wood, etc.
4.- You can make sticks placing 2 planks of wood vertically on your crafting table, or on your own crafting space (2x2). You can make 4 torches placing 1 stick and then a coal piece directly over it on the crafting table or on your own crafting space. Planting torches will prevent monsters from spawning around the torches/light sources. That is called spawn-proofing and will help you to keep a safe space about your house.
5.- Try right-clicking the villagers. Depending on the job tables they have around (like the composter/blast furnace/fleching table etc.) they can trade stuff with you. Specially armors and tools (toolcraft is a 2x2 wood square, topped with 2 iron ingots). You will have to trade materials with them to get emeralds, the game's currency.

READ THIS COMMENT! IT IS THE MOST USEFUL ONE YOU WILL EVER GET!
If you read every comment then I must tell you: DO NOT SPAM CLICK WHEN ATTACKING. It decreases damage. Instead, wait until your weapon is fully recharged for another attack. Also, turn on subtitles in the "Music and sounds" settings. Another tip: if you attack while falling, and your weapon is fully recharged, you can deal extra damage. To attack while falling, many people jump, then attack as the fall. This is known as a critical hit. The axe also does more damage than swords, but has a slower recharge time. Thus, using the axe should be left for dealing with single targets, while the sword should be used in ambushes of monsters.
Also, the tool progression goes like this: Wooden, Stone, Iron, Diamond, Netherite. Certain blocks should also only be mined with certain tools. Stone-like blocks should only be mined with pickaxes, wood-like blocks should only be mined with axes, and stuff like dirt and sand should be mined with a shovel. This is because doing it like this mines faster. If you don't do it like this, your tool durability decreases quicker. For example, mining stone with a pickaxe takes off 1 durability, and mining wood with an axe takes off 1 durability, but mining wood with a pickaxe or stone with an axe both take off 2 durability along with being slower. Also, certain keys are useful in different ways. The most useful are:
F3: Displays a large amount of information about the player and its surroundings, as well as the game and performance.
F3 + B: Displays hitboxes of entities. Useful for attacking.
F3 + H: Displays advanced tooltips. This shows durability of a tool if you hover over it in the inventory.
L: Pressing L will display advancements. These show how far you have progressed in the game and what you might do next. But, Minecraft is a sandbox, and these are suggestions, not requirements. (But the comments will get mad at you if you don't follow them.)
Shift: Pressing shift will allow you to walk on the edge of blocks without falling off, along with decreasing the distance that monsters can notice you. However, this will decrease your movement speed.
Edit: You can break a crafting table and bring it with you.
Edit 2: To ride horses, right-click on them whilst holding nothing in your hands, then wait until they either show hearts or kick you off. If they kick you off, try again. Feeding it apples will make it more likely to like you. If hearts appear, it likes you, and you can put a saddle on it to control it.

Use the pickaxe to mine stone (all the grey blocks in the ground).. then you'll be able to upgrade your wood tools to stone tools. Once you have stone use them with sticks to make sword (for monsters and animals), axe (for wood), pickaxe (for stone and ores), shovel (for dirt), hoe (for vegetation and right click to farm land).
The shears you made with iron can be right clicked on sheep to sheer them for wool without killing them. (wool and wood planks make beds)
Fishing in the water can collect fish for food, cast the line, and wait for the bobber to bounce in the water before pulling it out again (get a bite), you'll see bubbles and water ripples representing a fish approaching the hook).
Chickens like wheat/grass seeds, Pigs like carrots, Cows/Sheep like Wheat (not hay blocks), The camel likes cactus.. right clicking these things on them will feed them, and two of them fed together will cause them to breed more..
    1. put a fence or wall around your house and light up the area inside and outside with torches for a safe space.
    2. build a farm around next to your home, and make it safe with a fence/wall .. you can build a wheat farm for bread to eat, or potato farm or carrot farm etc. . then build a farm to breed animals to eat if you want, or create a safe fishing spot protected by fences/walls and gates, so you can collect fish to eat. Create a campfire to cook your fish/meat.. (logs sticks and coal make a campfire).
Once you have a supply of food, and made a safe shelter that's protected with light and walls/fences, you're ready to mine for iron. You'll smelt the iron by cooking it in a furnace (made from stone). Iron can create upgraded iron tools/weapons, shears, buckets for transporting water and lava, you can create new Jeffries by placing iron blocks and a jackolantern (try using the shears on a pumpkin).
Most importantly, iron can create iron armor and a shield. when you are kitted out in full iron, you're ready to mining for diamonds (deeper). Diamonds create better tools/weapons and armor.. Getting full iron armor and mining your first diamonds from a mine is the best starter goal.
**You keep asking if there's a way to track time in this game, and if there is GPS.. there are clocks and compasses you can craft and carry with you, as well as maps you can create. So yes. But the key to this game is creating a safe base of operations so that you can make progress without restarting over and over. You also commented about how to ride a horse. You have to right click it with an empty hand to jump on.. it takes a few times to tame the horse, then you'll need to find a saddle in the world before you can control it.
First steps: Food, shelter, upgraded tools, armor. It's a dangerous world, this is a survival game. :D

here some base mechanics of this game that you should know:
    1) if your foodbar are completely full, you'll restore hp.
    2) use a pickaxe to mine stones and ores (not every ore can be mined with any pickaxe, try to use the better one's), a shovel to mine dirt and sand, an axe to mine logs and planks.
    3) with a hoe, you can turn a block of dirt/grass into a farmland (RMB) and sow some seeds or carrot or potato on it.
    4) Villagers spawn iron golems. The more villagers there are, the more golems they spawn. every villager is bind to his bed. villagers multiply if they have free beds and food (bread, carrots, potatoes). A farmer-villager can grow collect and share food if he has a composter (use wooden slabs to make one, slabs can be made from planks) and some farmland blocks around it
    5) if a block is illuminated by something (torch/ lava/any light source), then almost every hostile mob cannot spawn on this block. usually the light source illuminates everything at a distance of 14-15 blocks from itself, so if you put some torches in a narrow cave, then there will be no spawn of hostile mobs in the cave.
    tips:
    1) If the iron golem dies (Jeffrey, rest in peace), he will drop some iron ingots.
    2) if you take a pair of scissors, you can cut some wool from a sheep (RMB). You can make a bed out of 3 blocks of wool and 3 blocks of planks and carry it with you. You can mine someone else's bed and carry it with you. use it to skip a night before hostile mobs spawn near to you
    3) Iron golems cannot rich you if you are in 3 blocks above them, but you can rich them to gain some iron ingots

Hey Drew, great vid!😊 after a lot of other comments about the dragon, i don't need to tell you that you don't gonna find her here in the overworld 😉..
but i will say, if you have an iron ingot, make a shield!!(put an iron ingot in the craftingtable, together with some planks to make a shield). It will keep you safe for the mobs.
You can make more jeffreys but for that you need 4 iron BLOCKS ! 1 block = 9 iron ingots ) so that is very expensive. It think its better for you to let the villagers spawn a new Jeffrey. They will spawn by 5 or more villagers. So its very important to keep them safe. To keep them safe, you can lock them up in their houses. Get some dirt blocks and when the villagers going to bed, block their doors with dirt blocks, so they can't leave their houses.
Its also handy for later in the game. You can trade with villagers for food, for blocks but also for tools and armor !!
If you don't have enough villagers, you can make some extra beds and place them in their houses. Give them some bread, carrots or potato's and the villagers will make some baby's. And if you have enough villagers, a new jeffrey will spawn😊..
Next to that, just put a bed in your inventory, explore the world, mine stuff, put it in the craftingtable and see what you can do with it. That is the best way to learn how this game works.
You are doing great Drew !😊 good luck!!

I'm finding it fascinating to see how you approach this game as a gamer. I first played minecraft back in like 2011 or 2012, and i had seen a few videos and knew the basics of how to survive and what people did in it so i want as blind as you. It's intriguing to see you play because you're constantly interpreting things through the lens of the games you're used to, which is adding to your confusion. For example in this video you saw an interesting landmark and assumed there must be something there, not knowing that it was just a feature of the auto generation of terrain. Minecraft is not as intentionally shaped, it's procedurally generated, so terrain can appear in weird shapes sometimes where biomes clash with each other. You also struggle with the lack of direction and lack of linear progression. There are some items you need to craft other items, and there are some items that are stronger using harder to obtain resources, but minecraft doesn't have a thing of you build this and then you build that. You just make what you need when you need it mostly.

Night time is about 8 minutes long. Jeffrey is an iron golem. It takes 3 blocks of iron and one pumpkin to make more Jeffreys.
LOL! Shears help you save plants to replant later. They also help in obtaining wool from sheep.
You can ride a horse only if you have fed it first. They like wheat.
You can make an anvil to repair tools, but it depletes your levels you have obtained. Gathering coal increases your levels faster.
Make a bed and carry it with you wherever you go. The next morning you can use your axe to chop and pick up your bed.

the dragon is like step 789 in minecraft and youre still in like step 1 maybe 1 and 1/2, so maybe try simpler stuff, think about it like this: to defeat the dragon you need to know how to get to the dragon first (you have to find a portal and gather the materials to complete it), you have to get good weapons and armour, you have to get lots of food and other things you might need in the way, so for now just set very simple goals: build a nice little house where you keep all your stuff in chests and your bed, get a stable source of food so you dont starve every now and then, craft stone weapons and a pickaxe (very important) so you can go mining for better materials, and there you go. you can worry about the dragon when youre uploading chapter 100 of this series. nice video ! ❤

The dragon is through two different dimensions which require an insane amount of work to get to. Please don't think about the dragon right now lol.
You can make sticks by putting one plank of any wood on top of another in your crafting menu.
Make better tools by making them out of different materials. The sticks will always remain the same, but the material you make the tool out of can change.
With your wooden pickaxe you can mine stone which is the really solid gray stuff. You must break it with a pickaxe, cause if you break it with your fist, it doesn't give you anything.
When you do break it with a pickaxe, you will get cobblestone. Get 3 and make a stone pickaxe by crafting it the same as with a wooden pickaxe, but replace the wooden planks with the cobblestone.
With the stone pickaxe you can collect iron ore, which is the light brown stuff imbedded in SOME of the stones. You can break it with a wooden one, and your fist, but you won't get anything. You must use a stone pickaxe to collect it just like you need a wooden pickaxe to collect stone.

You can build and repair jeffreys but usually villagers found in villages (like where your living) will make a new Jeffrey after one is gone, to make on you need to place 4 iron blocks in a cross but without the top part after that put a carved pumpkin on the top (use shears on regular pumpkins) also defeating the dragon is technically completing the game but you can really do anything, you can build, fight, EXPLORE, mine. Or go in creative mode and get any item, block, or mob just by opening the inventory.

You can sleep through the night.
    Get 4 beds
Place them together and break all others in the village.
Wait for 2 villagers to go to bed
    Trap them
Throw carrots, potatoes, or beetroot at them, even better try using bread.
    Voila infinite jeffreys.
The more beds the more jeffreys

Place them in an open space (touching no blocks except the ground) in a + pattern, where the iron blocks make up the bottom T and the Pumpkin makes the top point. Hopefully this will illustrate what I mean:

“Why would they put this here if there’s nothing up here?” Nobody put it there, it’s randomly generated terrain! The dragon is not even in the main “overworld” dimension at all. It’s an endgame boss in a completely different dimension which you’re nowhere near equipped for or close to accessing. And it’s not useful to be laser-focused on the endgame when you haven’t even figured out the early game mechanics.

Oh and to find the dragon you need ender pearls to get thoose you need to kill the tall black montsters, then throw and follow them when they stop dig down. I would recommend going to the nether. To do that you need to mix lava and water in buckets. - from not a very pro minecrafter.

Hi, maybe this will help you, here are the steps to do to start game properly:
First - if you cut trees, you're getting wood, which is useless for crafting - you need to make planks for almost everything (like for crafting table)
    2 planks = sticks
Craft woodden pickaxe in crafting table
Mine just a simple stone - it drops cobblestone
Craft same pickaxe but using cobblestone now
Now you can mine iron - go to the mine (hole in the surface) or dug below surface (i dont reccommend)
Iron ore is a block of stone with brown particles, also find coal, whic is stone with black particles, you can only dig iron with stone pickaxe or better
Now craft in crafting table the furnace (cobblestone in all spaces except the middle one)
Right click to open furnace, put in iron ore over, coal in the bottom
Wait and you'll get iron ingot
After these steps, you'll understand the mechanics of the game
    TIPS:
You can just jump and right click below you with any block to build yourself up
Dont think about dragon, it's in another world, long way to get there
After you have iron pickaxe, you can search for diamonds
Usually use right click if you want to interract with things - like crafting tables, riding a horse (useless now, cause you need a saddle), using things in your inventory (like your beloved dye you can use on sheeps)
Spend more time understanding the crafting, which is really important here

Tiers of tools, from worst to best: wood, stone, iron, diamond, netherite
Each tier of material REQUIRES the previous tier pickaxe to mine.
The grey stone with tan spots is raw iron, which must be cooked in a furnace before use.
Make sure to look at the advancements by pressing L, they can help with what to do progression wise, especially the “Minecraft” tab
The hay bales, which are all over villages and which you have a ton of, can be crafted directly into bread with just a crafting table. 1 haybale placed anywhere in the crafting grid makes 9 wheat, and 3 wheat placed in a horizontal line in the grid crafts a bread.
The most unintuitive thing is how to build a nether portal, you must place obsidian (lava cooled by letting water flow on top of it, and it must be mined with at least a diamond pickaxe) in a hollow vertical 4 wide by 5 tall rectangle shape (corners not required) and then use a flint and steel in the center.

It seems you need tips for almost everything so here is it
Regular wood that you get by breaking tree is not used for any crafting aside from planks
Once you do get plank is when it can it used for crafting
To make plank just put wood in 1 slot, if you spread it, it won't work.
Once you make plank, make crafting table ( you know how )
Now spread those plank in crafting menu vertically straight by 2 slot. That will give you 4 stick per 2 plank
Then place the crafting table you crafted on ground this will give you more slots to craft complex items like weapons
While in crafting menu there should be a book icon, put it in red to make all crafting recipes visible even tho you can't craft them
This will show you what material you need. If you see blocks changing that's because the game is just showing you how many blocks is compatible with the crafting recipie
Now using the recipie book craft a pick axe. Make sure you align required blocks properly or it won't work.
Using the wooden pickaxe mine stone this will give you cobble stone
Use cobble stone to make stone tools and weapons.
Hope you can figure out rest yourself

There are 3 dimensions (overworld , nether , the end ). dragon is living in "the end ". u should go to nether in order to go to the end. there are some resources u want to get. then u can go to the end. u need to built a Nether portal to go to the nether. it built with Obsidian that form after water meets lava. u went to a ruined nether portal in last episode. it is not working. u can built another portal or prepare the ruined portal. after finished light it with a flint and steel.
