I love carrot/ginger/lemon juice and carrot/apple/lemon/ginger juice. I have 1 or the other everyday.

Wow! I never heard you have to cut the tops off before. I've heard people say (Jay Kordich, I think) to cut the front tips off, but never the tops before. I've always just juiced carrots without cutting either end off.

I love carrot juice, but I do find it a bit too sweet for my taste to drink it straight. I find that by adding a tablespoon or two of lemon or lime juice, it cuts the sweetness a bit and makes it more refreshing. A favorite tonic I like to prepare is carrots juiced with lemon, fresh turmeric (I've seen some of your videos with fresh turmeric, John - love it), and a clove or two of garlic. It makes for a savory juice that cuts my desire for unhealthy savory foods. It feels really healthy.

I received an Omega VRT as a gift a while back and it only came with instructions on assembling and disassembling and nothing on how to juice. Your videos have been such a benefit. Thanks John. =^..^=

John, you said your morning routine used to be only juice for breakfast. Did you change that? And if so, what is your "typical" daily meal plan these days? Not that you "plan your meals", but just curious what John Kohler eats and drinks on an average day. Also, thanks so much for these videos!

I would figure the tips are the least dirtiest, but I top and tail my carrots to be sure.

Do you know who your advertisers are? Or do you just sign up for a service or at the mercy of You tube? I found it strange you have a Pizza ad on your channel. '
But I do like fresh Carrot juice. trying a juice fast but fall off about 1-2 times a week:( Any ideas on how to avoid that?
