He needs to inform about his marriage. Did he get an invitation yet or submitted application and received nomination too? If only an invitation, please update the marital status in ee profile. Hey Rose. The crs calculation is confusing me. Doesn't your spouse have a clb 9? Why is your score currently low? 487 is a very good score. If you have only submitted your ee profile, you can change it.

Sir please help I submitted reference letter from my dependent wife.. however i notice a little mistake on the start date of her letter. I am the principal applicant. Does the mistake matter? Knowing that she is only my dependent? In the opening sentence of the letter it is correclty stated... but in the duties and resoonsibilities section there a typo error on start date. I know should not have submitted it and just include it in personal history.. but i known this a bit late 😔

Hello, Neenu. Technically, you can add spouse, and explain it in your LOE, that previously my spouse wasn't willing to go. Now, you've changed your spouse's mind. It is risky sometimes and I suggest you consult an immigation laywer through an appointment.

No chance of CRS dropping to 470 until April, in my opinion. Please, your spouse needs a CLB 9. If your NOC is in demand for OINP, you will get through, even at 465

Yep, at 31, 474 is the maximum you get. All the best with spousal CLB 9... If 3113 was never selected by OINP, then studying is the best option if your spouse cannot achieve CLB9

Assalamu Alaykum Brother Ali Thank you very much for your great videos. I got married on April 29th just 1 day after my COPR was issued. As it was suggested by IRCC, I informed them through webfroms on May 11th about my marital status change and I have attached different documents (IMM forms, PCC for my wife, passport copy of my wife,...etc.). My COPR will expire on November 23rd and I still didn't receive any feedback regarding the application status although I have also paid the processing fees online beginning of this week and sent the receipt to IRCC through a webform. I would like to know whether it will be wiser to land there and report my marital change to the border agent by showing the exchange with IRCC and the marriage certificate or should I wait for IRCC to contact me even if my COPR will expire? Please note that I need to know how to proceed since I may leave my work to go to Canada before the expiry of my COPR and I need to book a ticket and find a job in advance. Since you already have an AOR, adding spouse won't hurt you. Just the required documents will add up.
You can raise another Web form if spouse still not added.

My spouse as primary applicant is in process of SINP nomination (EE stream) with 425 score. I am non-acccompanying in the EE Profile. If I decide to be accompanying shall he need to change it after post nomination Federal draw or just after SINP nomination?
SINP Score will not be affected if spouse accompanying. So, you should keep spouse accompanied if your chances are valid with SINP.

If I get called without spouse accompanying at 467 ,would I need add spouse accompanying when submitting OINP application form ?
If you add spouse, and your crs goes below the cut off, your application will be rejected
So,I don't need to indicate spouse accompanying when filling OINP form,because I know they will ask if spouse is accompanying ?
My NOC code is 1121 which is in demand in OINP ,my CRS score with spouse is 458 and without spouse is 467 ,I just got into the pull
458 has a lesser chance of selection, in my opinion.
467 is the ideal score :-)
If I eventually get OINP nomination without accompanying spouse won't immigration officers look into my pnp nomination to see if spouse was included

Technically, you can add spouse, and explain it in your LOE, that previously my spouse wasn't willing to go. Now, you've changed your spouse's mind. It is risky sometimes and I suggest you consult an immigation laywer through an appointment.

Being a single applicant ……. I am at CRS 470 ……. With spouse 462 ……. If spouse can get CLB 9 ……. Crs would be 474…….. what’s the scope for FSW draw at CRS 474 and 470 ?

If your NOC is in demand for OINP, you will get through, even at 465
your score is 470, where do you lack in CRS?
@@Future.Canadians her noc is in demand in Major PNP ….. but she only have 8 months to 1 year of work experience so I am the principal applicant ….. My NOC isn’t in demand it’s 3113 ….. Spouse NOC is 1311

If 3113 was never selected by OINP, then studying is the best option if your spouse cannot achieve CLB9

@@Future.Canadians Actually me and my husband tried all our best... The problem is he scored Band 5.5 in both his attempts and has bachelor degree... He is very passionate about moving to canada, even if he pushes himself to score 8,7,7,7.. the score will be 469...
With 5.5, there is no point in spouse accompanied.

Thank you very much for your great videos.
I got married on April 29th just 1 day after my COPR was issued.
As it was suggested by IRCC, I informed them through webfroms on May 11th about my marital status change and I have attached different documents (IMM forms, PCC for my wife, passport copy of my wife,...etc.).
My COPR will expire on November 23rd and I still didn't receive any feedback regarding the application status although I have also paid the processing fees online beginning of this week and sent the receipt to IRCC through a webform.
I would like to know whether it will be wiser to land there and report my marital change to the border agent by showing the exchange with IRCC and the marriage certificate or should I wait for IRCC to contact me even if my COPR will expire?
Please note that I need to know how to proceed since I may leave my work to go to Canada before the expiry of my COPR and I need to book a ticket and find a job in advance.
Any piece of support or guidance will be much appreciated.
