I did the CRS Score simulation with French as 1st Official Language and then English and vice versa, the scores varied with the former having a much higher score as compared to the latter.

The only different document you need(other than the regular ones) is your consent from and consent letter. I also recommend a letter of explanation stating your situation clearly.

Can you explain that better please?
The passport request was when I was asked to submit my passport for stamping. And I heard it’s done differently now but I sent our passports to the Kenya Vfs office so that we could get it back on time as opposed to dropping it in the Lagos office and waiting for them to send it to Accraw

Thanks so much for your help. Since i wrote the TOEFL exam and not the IELTS, is TOEFL also valid for express entry process?
1. Do I have to run my WES evaluation before I create a profile on the express entry portal
2. Do I need to apply for a provisional PNP first before going into the express entry pool?
For the first question yes... although its not mandatory but it would make sense that you have most of your documents ready for smooth application.
for the second question, I don't think so. From my understanding candidates are selected for PNP even though they applied for express entry.
what if you are not currently employed? how does that work
At what time you got the request for additional documents as you have mentioned that in january you have submitted your profile.
Also the time which you mentioned it was after bio metric or included bio metric time.

Most people send it to the VFS office on the island then it’s send to Accra for stamping but I sent mine to Kenya directly. The stamping is not done in Nigeria

Please find out what province your cousin is and then find out the criteria for provincial nomination for that province. Once you do that, you’ll know if you need your cousin or not. Cause if they are in a province that doesn’t use family ties, they wouldn’t be able to help

You can do express entry as a matter of fact your ND and HND will be counted as two degrees. I was just saying that to get the scores needed now, you need to have masters

No you don’t have to have a masters degree but the more degrees you have the more points you get. It depends on the processing period but from the time they give you ITA(invitation to apply) to passport request takes averagely 6 months

Once one person gets the visavand you get married, the other person can come in using spousal visa
@Vivian D’or I think you need to put a disclaimer on the advice you give. The person is already married, and regardless of whether they choose to travel with their spouse or not, they need to have enough money as per IRCC guideline. This amount is not negotiable whether you travel with or without your spouse.
You must have the complete money for a family of 2 which is about 17k Canadian dollars whether or not you people are going together or not. This is to ensure that one family member doesn't suffer whilst the other person travels.
