Germany's Olaf Scholz is Amerika's Joebama Buyden. Olaf Scholz is essentially Joebama Buyden's lapdog, poodle and vassal since he became Germany's chancellor. Because of Scholz's blunders, many, many of Germany's companies have moved most of their development and manufacturing over to CHINA in the past two years since Germany can no longer obtain cheap Russian gas and oil, due the the destruction of Germany's funded Nordstream pipelines being turned into a heap or pile of scrap metal sitting at the bottom of the Baltic Sea by Victoria Juland.

The one that provided cheap energy is called “Enemy”.-RU
The one that destroyed the flow of cheap energy is called “Friend”.-U$
The one that buy German's products the most is called “threat”. -CN
The one that keeps helping her “Friend” to continue destroying her own country is called “Ursula Gertrud von der Leyen”.

Kissinger was not making a snarky veiled threat, he actually said this, but after the Shah of Iran had been ousted and Anwar Sadat, of Egypt had been assassinated. He was lamenting the fate of those who had been friends of the US. Very different context.

I live in Europe, in Sweden, and it is really puzzling and disappointing to see how European politicians are not acting in our best interests. They are acting in the interests of the USA. They are not acting rationally. We should be talking with our neighbors and working for good relations rather than bullying and pushing and not listening. This is what the USA does. It should not be what we do. The German Foreign minister is a prime example. She seems to have no idea of how to listen to what others think and take in their points of view. She is an embarasment to the green party.

Living on the Dutch-German border I have had a ring seat view of Germany's decline.
To put things into a broader perspective; Germany was already in visible decline for some 20 years. However things got ugly in a hurry over the past few years. It's like that Hemingway quote; “How did you go bankrupt? - Two ways. Gradually, then suddenly.”
Whenever I cross into Germany from the Netherlands it feels like going back in time a decade or more. Germany has fallen behind technologically, economically and even socially. Things have been falling apart for quite some time. The Euro can be blamed for some of this backwardness as this currency made it possible for Germany to export on the cheap without innovating its manufacturing sector. There are exceptions to that trend, but these are few and far between.
Then there is the major problem that the fast majority of Europe's most important decision makers (civil and public) are captured and corrupted by American interests. Europeans don't get into positions of power without American meddling and once out of office they don't get their rewards if they didn't do America's bidding.
I dabbled in politics and have seen how this American led globalist network corruption slowly took over politics in Europe. Useful political talent is identified (even at municipal levels!) and their careers are monitored from Washington. Consequently today's European leadership will serve American interests first, because it serves their personal interests best.
So getting rid of the old European guard will change nothing. The upcoming European guard waiting in the wings is just as corrupted by the US - if not worse.

Net value of german infrastructure decreased since two decades because a lack of investment. And while Germany was on the forefront of renewable energy production the entire industry was pretty mutch shut down in the early 2010 and Germany shackeled both its industry and security to Russia by its own volution.

The video mentions the squalor seen round German rail stations. I can confirm this. I have been to Munich Hauptbahnhof in the last two years and I saw a shocking number of druggies. Last year, I saw a big Ukrainian flag on a billboard in the station. This year, it was gone.
I agree with the video - Germany has decided to commit economic suicide to please America. The common people know this but the ruling elite has doubled down to fight Russia. The last time, America and the Soviet Union were aligned to defeat Germany. The Red Army beat Germany into a pulp, partitioned Germany and Stalin rearranged Germany's map so it lost Prussia and its eastern territories. Perhaps the German elite thinks Germany can at last defeat Russia because it is on America's boat this time !

Hooking up to the American cart has been fatal to Germany and I am sorry that it had not had the ability to escape from it. Russia was a perfect solution for Germany for cheap raw materials and for its market for may of its high value products! She's a sell-out, always has been, and there are a TON of media-people who are "nato-fellows" too. Like the boss of derStandard, Austrian newspaper.
Selling and delivering weapons is now "leftist" and derStandard calls themelves "leftist", but there is nothing left on them. Those are simply payed liars. It's not even that they get crazy rich or something. Just give the foolish journalist from time to time a little holiday and he would sell his own mother. This is how it works.

I moved to Hamburg in 2017 and seeing the contrast between then and now is shocking! The country was headed in a much better direction and wasn't following the US, But it also had a very strong leader in Angela Merkel. Now that she's gone, all these clowns are back kissing Uncle Sam's a**!
1 big Reason I left the USA was because of its obsession with militarization and spending all its budget money on wars. Now Germany is following suit and 2025 will be my last year based here. I could just stay in the USA if I wanted to be stuck on a dead-end and obsolete path like Endless War. I'm moving to one of the BRICS countries. The West is a death cult.
