The "I bet you look kind" moment is a One Piece special moment! Its better than any action scene could have been. You rarely get these anywhere else! And, it makes you wonder if we will ever get a Fujitora back story!

Look at the people of Syrup Village, who all used to pretend to get angry at Usopp's lies but really loved and worried about him. Look at the people of the Cocoyasi Village, who let Nami believe that they did not know the sacrifice she was making so that she was free to change her mind if she wished so, and who all marched to their certain deaths once Arlong betrayed Nami. Look at the people of Alabasta, who all loved their country and their king and their princess! It was the rebel's love for their country that Crocodile exploited. The people of Logue Town, Drum Island and Skypiea did not stand out either way. Look at the people of Water 7, who loved Iceberg and even tolerated Franky! They started a hunt for the Straw Hats because they believed that he had hurt their mayor. Sabaody was more a tourist place or a station between two points, but it was definitely an evil place. The "people" of Fishman Island were great too! They loved their queen and their king, princes and princess. They wanted peace but did not know how to go about it. And, now look at the people of Dressrosa, who were willing to give all their wealth to their king without any reason - just because he said so, and were now willing to risk their lives for pirates. They even loved the family of three unconditionally and they always let the Fairies take all that they wanted. I think of all the people we have seen, the people of the Goa kingdom were the only ones who were not only bad but downright evil! Ironically, that's where our MC comes from.

I'm halfway through Wano, myself, atm.. and I have been watching this series off and on since 2002; and during that 22 years there are three very specific moments where this series shook me to my very core as a person.. the kind of moment you witness and it makes you rethink who you are - The first was Luffy giving his "treasure" to Nami for safekeeping in Arlong Park, the second was Robin's words "I want to live; take me to the seas with you!" and the third one.. the one that came out of seemingly nowhere, was this episode with Fujitora's words about Luffy. As you know, each admiral has their brand of "Justice".. and as you can guess, Fujitora's Justice is "Blind".. he doesn't give a damn about status, wealth, creed, race, gender.. the only thing that matters is whether you choose to do good, or choose to do evil; so for him to finally find a Pirate who has chosen to do no evil.. it is such a wonderful surprise he wishes for once he was able to see it.. what a beautiful moment in an all too often ugly world

Crocodile was fighting while preventing rain from falling in Alabasta, Doffy was fighting while maintaining the Bird Cage at all times, Fujitora was fighting holding the remains of an entire city up in the sky, and lets not get into Kaido for now. I don't know why people think that Fujitora is the weakest Admiral of all! The guy was clearly holding back and fighting against his wishes but more than held his own against Doffy, Law, Zoro, Sabo and Luffy!
I'll answer the question of whether it's ok to drop all that into the sea. It is not. Ships are routinely sunk irl and they make nice starters for reefs or fish habitats. BUT they are striped first of anything that might be hazardous. Since this is a city, we have all kinds of hazardous materials that should not be put into the sea. That being said the one piece ocean is so big and gets deep so fast it probably doesn't matter. Not like they had a bunch of oil refineries or stockpiles of chemicals like an industrial nation would either. Thankfully any of that SAD stockpile should be in the seastone building so fuji can't lift it.
My favourite moments from this arc is not when Ussop uses his observation haki or when Luffy defeats Kaido. It’s these lines from Fujitora that has my heart.❤❤
