long as it was still packing they could put 3 more streets on i dont know how much they can pack without being over weight here in CA think 10 tons is all but they do more when the CHP isnt doing their commercial inspections you have 1 break light or light out they ticket you but they dont bother recycle guys or yard waste nobody is crawling under yard waste truck when its 95 out

Yea they could have fit more but it would have taken more time to pack it. Quicker for them to dump and come back
