Hey everyone! If you are looking for more sfx content, look no further than my own series I started a while ago that features showcases of the hundreds of non ETD game sound effects I've found while assisting FO1 with this research. Currently I have a few videos covering the Spyro PS1 Trilogy as well as MediEvil 1 & 2, but I have a huge backlog to come from other series as well as more finds from those two: th-cam.com/play/PLUdlcoZWyY8bRTIRBzJr-q8TDSsmjip-Z.html
7:11 This will always be in my memory when the little dragon next to the big rock helping you use the bubble breath. Now when I hear this sound anywhere else I think of the little cute dragon
Huh... So Spyro used the sounds from biggest "cartoon" like sources, which makes sense tbh. Given, it feels like a playable cartoon... and that goes for the OG trilogy too. It only makes even more sense, when they used more sounds from the same library Insomniac used to pluck its SFX's from. It would give it more authenticity to feel like a sequel in that regard. Im still wondering when does the whirlwind soundeffect coming from... I've never heard it used anywhere from warner bros. cartoons before.
Honestly I'm more interested in the origins of the original PS1 games' sounds (so that high-quality versions can be modded into Reignited), but this is pretty cool, too.
EtD reuses dozens of the PS1 trilogy’s SFX. This video includes a small chunk of sounds also found in the trilogy like the Speedway 100% completion, the Speedway start horns, whirlwind ambience, enemy bounces, charging, etc.
I know this is fully unrelated to Spyro or FX but I was browsing music; specifically of the Japanese Artist Susumu Hirasawa and I came across this song of his 'Strange Night Of the Omnificence' and I'll link it so you can listen.{ th-cam.com/video/ghSivyXhgvE/w-d-xo.html } doesn't it sound like me a made a god-tier Spyro track? I don't know. Maybe if classic Spyro was toned like 'Legend Spyro' the OST would sound like this!

Basically, this game practically used almost every well known cartoon sound effect to ever exist. That's kinda awesome.

Amazing! Content like this brings me such joy, thank you for all the incredible work you do on documenting ETD!
Gosh i loved these sound effects and have used in this game. Continue searching something of interesting about this game 🥰💕💕
Good content as always!
9:40 isn't that the same seagull sound effect from the SpongeBob theme?
Yep!

Where did that heavenly intro music come from?
It's a pitched-up version I made of 'Eleven' - th-cam.com/video/W0aS792Y2xc/w-d-xo.html
It's Eleven from the ETD Master Discs, just sped and pitched up.
