You are a putting on the best podcasts I have ever heard. Your depth and presentation are mesmerizing. I just discovered these podcasts and please keep them coming.
I thought the 1919 series was going to be the subject of this presentation. I don't care to hear of the history of the game from the 1700s. I don't believe Chick Gandil. Eddie Cicotte, Oscar Felsch, Lefty Williams et al did either.
Calm down, dude. I for one appreciate the background history. I don't know a whole lot about the history of baseball, unlike you do, apparently. Be patient with those of us who know nothing. Chris is putting the history in so that those of us who know nothing can appreciate this series too.
@@ChibiPanda8888 Chibi, I'd like the presenters to be honest and upfront regarding their work. Write exactly what the presentation is so that those of us who have more than scant subject knowledge can move on. Much like the presentations that advertise "The sad ending of Kokomo Joe." Come to find out it wasn't a sad ending and in many cases, Kokomo Joe is still alive and kicking. Click bait gives me the hives.
Fantastic video bro
I love old stories
Thank you for this presentation. I love the narration.
Shoeless Joe is one of the few famous people from my own hometown of Greenville. Glad to hear him on here! 👍 Interested to learn more about him.
Sweet video. Thanks so much.
These podcasts are super accurate the music is great and the story telling is unreal. Is there anyway you can do one on John Brown
Excellent work. When I listen to the history of baseball like the Ken Burns series or something like this it makes me want to buy a season ticket.
Definitely checking out that D.B Cooper series after this, such a interesting story

You just got a subscriber. This is great.
Great work.
And given how employment in the majors is a revolving door, It's practically impossible that Connie Mack's record will ever be broken
Omg. You should have named this KEN BURNS BASEBALL INNINGS 1 and 2. Straight stolen from that. Man😂
