Pad Thai is the unhealthiest choice on a Thai menu but everyone deserves to treat themselves. Looks delicious!

Their technique is just so Amazing! I don't know if to eat the food or just stare at the magnificence of it all. Thank you for sharing.
Guys if you see at 3:50 in the background you see one of the cooks serving the food in a plate, my guess is that they do it to measure the right portions, after that the egg wrapping guy takes a plate and dumps it in the egg, the last plate you saw him tossing in there was too short for a portion from the last batch, he tossed it back and mixed it, it's not leftovers. also 🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳🥚🍳
Cooked shrimp with noodles? If you look you can see a noodle stuck tot he plate as he dumps it.
Wow this looks amazing
It's absolutely amazing that he can crack those eggs with one tap and squeeze the rest out without breaking the egg!! ❤️
I know right? I wish I had that talent. Hahaha
I have literally cracked thousands of eggs in my life. I used to work as a chef, and sometimes I would crack a hundred eggs in a single day. But I can't crack eggs like this guy, he's on a different level. If I did that, I can almost guarantee that the pad thai would contain some egg shells

And not one piece of shell... ;-D
9:48 에 먹던거 섞는거 아닌가여? 다 된 음식에 왜 접시에 있던 음식이 추가가 되는것인가여? 정말 궁금해서 질문해여
ㄹㅇ;;
헐..
To warm the food
Because the noodles are dry It will be hard and not tasty.
누가 주문햇는데 취소해서 버리긴 그렇고 섞어서 따뜻하게 해서 또나가는듯?
Let’s be honest, we all fascinated seeing the egg part
I just clicked this for that 😂
LemonTown same lol 😂
True
I was wondering how the eggs stayed that way. The pan was supposed to be hot and the noodles too. My egg starts to cook easily in the sligh heat.
👍
Oh wow! Pad Thai is one of my fav dishes of all time! I would love to know the secrets of the two sauces they use in the beginning tho - obviously the soy sauce, Pad Thai sauce, looks like a bit of chilli sauce as well? Commentary to this video would be fabulous. Absolutely salivating... :)
Soy sauce wouldn't be usual in pad thai, but instead tamarind, chillis, garlic, vinegar, and fish sauce. Not sure why there are two sauces, however!
I have watched this a few times, and this time, I think it is just one sauce and he uses 2 bowls.
It looks like a lot of oil but indeed it’s a large amount of food, 14 eggs gives me the impression that they would get about 14 servings, it should be tasty.
Single serving for Americans, 14 serving for the rest of the world.
@@Skooz HEY! that's not cool man! Get it right! It would be a single serving for our children.
@@Skooz you speak the truth... and add a 16 oz steak on the side, barely cooked.

I counted the eggs too!
The last part where they cover the dish in the egg really impressed my high ass. That skill. Wow

Satisfaction at its highest when he finally merged the eggs to the noodles.
I only came to see how he’s cooking the eggs
That whole sequence gave me anxiety. What if one of them was off!! 🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️😱😂
@@moimeself1088 what do you mean by one of them was off?
@@aziz5556 if one was rotten, he would only find out after cracking it into the good ones.
@@moimeself1088 in my 20 years of eating eggs, I've never found a rotten egg
@@aziz5556 really? Must be nice. In my 48 yrs of eating eggs, i've come across a few. Unless i'm keeping laying hens and collecting fresh eggs myself, i'm sticking with possibility that one or more in a tray of eggs might be off
I didn't meant to count but my brain just automatically did, its 14 eggs
Gematria
Actually 15
lol I did too and was like WHY did I do that? It's not like I'm gonna go make a giant Pad Thai for dinner :D
Lol idk what is what I'm still watching the video tho
Edit: yups it was 14 :D
Seriously I was like okay he stopped for a sec only 10 nope prob a dozen no? Okay bakers dozen no?!? Wtf why 14 🤣 looks absolutely amazing tho would die to try some
When comparing the amount of food in the pan, it is considered to use very little oil.
Hell no.

@@ronburgundy3444 no, they're right. For a wok that size with that much food in it, the amount of oil is roughly equivalent to a few tablespoons for a regular size.
What are the two sauces at the beginning? I'm assuming one is a tamarind sauce but there are two thx
Eating food out has become a spectator's sport at this point.
I wish somebody would provide us with some match statistics, and reviews for this.

I especially liked the part where they dumped someone's left over plate into the freshly-cooked meal. SUCH FINE WORK!
that's what I was thinking
I wondered if anyone else noticed that! Lol
@@jasonhinkle4083 that’s not what happened at all. The cooked pad Thai is plated before it’s handed to the cook who makes it omelette style. It goes from the fresh plate to the egg fry then back to a fresh plate again so they get the correct portion size. The plate of pad Thai they threw into the wok was one they had leftover that wasn’t wrapped in the egg yet, but was already portioned. It’s likely they mixed it to heat it up again as it might’ve gotten lukewarm being out.
Beautiful display of cooking skill...I do wish we had some list of ingredients that went into the various sauces and elixirs that were added along the way...
Tamarine sauce is the best
I think you gotta go to the apothecary for elixirs
I miss Thailand and the food so much. Had one of the best times in my life with my friends. Went to Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Phi Phi island. On the side an average athlete won’t be able to beat the chef in this video in arm wrestling because of the chefs forearms from using the big wok cooking. Chefs forearms and wrist are very very strong!
One day I'll visit this beautiful Country💕
The precision and consistency in which they do all this is damn impressive.
