It's at the Changgwang Street in Central District of Pyongyang, near Koryo Hotel. In 80s and early 90s, when there were a tourist boom in DPR Korea from yet existing DPR countries this street used to have loads of restaurants serving European cuisines. This restaurant was called "Warszawa" as you can read from the sign and served traditional Polish food, although there is no information when it was closed, it used to be a popular point of meeting for many Koreans and tourists, but it's long gone.
That's because I use an old Panasonic VHS overlay, It has two timesets, 12.02 AM and 11.23 PM, for the beginning of my videos (these Lecture parts) I use the 12.02 AM one, and for the rest I use the 11.23 PM one. or it's a signal for WPK sleeping agents, you decide.
