The 13th World Festival of Youth and Students (WFYS) was held from 1-8 July 1989 in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, and was organized by the World Federation of Democratic Youth. It was described as the largest international event staged in the DPRK of the time.

That's because I use an old Panasonic VHS overlay, It has two timesets, 12.02 AM and 11.23 PM, for the beginning of my videos (these Lecture parts) I use the 12.02 AM one, and for the rest I use the 11.23 PM one. or it's a signal for WPK sleeping agents, you decide.
