everything about the show is set up, the shop knows what object is coming in. The friend is always made aware ahead of time. Thats why they usually come in with multiple examples of auto graphs ready to go. Knowing exactly what they are there to see.

Chum is my favorite person on the show. I'm glad he seems to have pulled himself together a bit from how he looks on this 4 year old video.
