Needs paint everywhere. Update kitchen & baths. Master bath shower is standup and hard to make room for tne handicapped. Where is W/D? How old is WH, AC, frige, stove, cooktop? Is floor ok? What about floor joists? Can it pass Wind Mitigation Survey and 4 point inspection? Is it insurable here in FL right now?
