It's simple minimalist yet beautiful and elegant house concept and spacious too!, I love this like my Dream house, the only problem for me is the 2nd bathroom should have been in between with the 2nd and 3rd rooms and not near the kitchen

Only that I like less is living room- that goes right from the outside door. First should be small corridor - for leaving shoes and coats/jackets.

I would disagree. If we can live in comfort, why would we not strive to have it? Even if we live here temporarily, we should not limit ourselves living abundantly, as long as you are doing it in good ways, there’s no harm in it. Moreover, it is not only for us but for our family to live in comfort as well. Contentment is self-satisfying. Let others live according to their wishes.
Toilet and bath should be inside the master bedroom, nice design.
Incredible design, but would have prefer a proximity of the 2nd bathroom to the other two bedroom and not the kitchen.

Small houses are more vulnerable to high winds and storms. Yet, so many small house designs have eaves and overhangs that are quite substantial.
I wonder if these eaves and overhangs don’t provide a wonderful lifting point for high winds. I have no architectural background, but I am sensing danger with this type of home. A basement would at least provide additional safety.
Am I wrong? I certainly hope so.
