I think the guy in the first episode meant "weakness" as in something that would hurt the heroes' reputation and the company's bottom line if made public.
I don't know if people mention it enough, but Antony Star as Homelander is truly amazing. His facial expressions, his little tics, like he is truly terrifying as Homelander, like he can go off at any moment. He's the best actor in the whole show imo. Can't wait for you guys to watch the rest of this, and the other seasons.

The prison scene was a bit off.. the minute something pops off like that, the entire class would have been sent back to the pods and the fighters would have been locked up for a good while in what used to be called solitary.
