    I just dread these snakes! I've learned they live in dirt mounds as well. I really don't like hearing about or seeing a child or adults being eaten as well as crushed to death. A horrible way to die. I stay my distance when I see one.

    Indian Pythons do not grow to a length of 60 feet. The reason why the guy stopped filming the cow being dragged by its foot by a python was probably to try to save it.

    #14: Not a black mamba. Also not a Russell's viper. It is a gaboon viper, and I am not sure what the black snake is but is probably a rat snake as it definitely looks to be a constrictor. The Gaboon venom will kill it.
    Black mambas are not actually black. They are gray to olive green to even a brownish coloration.
    #8 is indeed a black mamba.

    I like this but there were many mistakes in naming of species but that doesn't really matter to be honest.
    The black mamba was a black snake and the Russell's viper was a puff adder

      Yeah I was with about 10 or 12 fellow students who were holding this Anaconda. It felt like smooth leather and was heavy. The snake handler was nearby I guarantee you. I thought it would be slimy but it wasn't it was smooth feeling. The most frightened I was that day was when the snake Handler almost lost control of this yellow Cobra and it started going towards the crowd. I never knew I could move so fast.

    Has anyone noticed that some of these "wild" pythons are actually domestically bred morphs? BTW, anaconda eating a "crocodile" is also wrong. Crocodiles do not exist in South America. Caimans do.

    Does the snake have to swallow their prey at once? Until they can't move afterwards. My suggestion is they fracture the preys to be eaten today and tomorrow so there's room in their tummy left for air/breathing.

    Too bad several Burmese pythons were mistakenly called anaconda. Clips need better documentation.
