I bought a pixel 7A last week for 33000 by exchanging my old phone. Day 1 while transferring data from my old phone it was having a slight heating issue. But from the next day onwards no heating issue is faced for normal usage . It's very handy and satisfied with the software experience. The major disadvantage is the charging time and wireless charging is not considered to be a feature in this phone . But the battery lasts for a day for normal usage . The camera quality is good in this product. I played call of Duty on this phone for half an hour, I didn't face any heating issues but the battery will drain very fast.About network, I don't have any issue with wifi and mobile network and call quality is very good in pixel 7A. This is not a gaming phone please do keep that in mind. I completely agree with the shaz review.

I have a pixel 7 pro for 2 months or so.... It's got some connectivity issues on 7 pro when it connects to 5g on low reception area but no problem in high reception areas But the heating issue is real. Just like Shazzam said its just warming up but not to an uncomfortable level in a normal situation But once it got so warm around 48°C. It was hot and brightness was full but i wasn't doing any heavy tasks But overall I like 7 pro.its camera is superb and software experience is on another level. Some features will be very small but small things on a daily basis affect us more.... Charging takes time i haven't used a OnePlus or any other flagship phones before so i don't feel like slow charging because i used a low end phone and it took 2 hrs or so to charge But i have seen oneplus nord 2s charging speed it fully charges very fast and it's useful for heavy users But for my use case pixel 7 pro it is great and i am adjusting to some issues because I am a fan boy too....😂❤ And i hope pixel 8 pro will be a game changer if they address these issues Google has a bad reputation of addressing issues 😂 regarding pixels They just take their own time and find a solution and then only respond thats good but i think it will take longer than gta 7 or 8 😂 Anyways love pixels and pixel experience as a loyal fan...❤ Don't forget to review pixel 8 pro when it launches Wi8ing for that video...! 😌🙌🏼

I think P7a is for a normal person probably in his 30s who doesn't play games and values camera performance above all and is worried about security updates. The difference in the videos from the two phones was too noticeable for me to ignore. I think P7a is for someone like me who would like to record videos of his kid even in challenging lighting conditions more than to charge his phone faster (any way I would only charge the phone overnight).

Update 1: my unit died 2 days before warranty expired has been waiting 19 days for service (response from Google is wait till we respond) initiated a grievance in consumer court Original :my personal unit didn't have any heat on the screen the edges did get warm (to be fair was downloading like 5.4GB of whatsapp backup and playing COD at 60 fps ) also i prefer it on 60 hz if it gives me over 24hrs of battery life but a friend of mine who had a 6a had his inside of the case melt due to heating and another friend who has 7a said it gets significantly warm to the point where calling on it with your ear near it is uncomfortable (his ambient temp was around 43) edit: bought it for 34k (9,950 exchange for 3 year old phone so pulled the trigger)

You won't regret it if you take 7a. Call drop issues are also gone.

The phone gets hot only when using 5G. I don't use 5G unless I am downloading something. My phone doesn't get hot even on extensive usage.
