My favorites are the "what could possibly be in my eye that would explain this" and when daniel answers the spy question with "niet". I remember when I saw the time travel episode and he said it, it really gave me a chuckle and I thought "noooo, don't do that!".
Absolutely LOVE this!! I always crack up when he makes the Jaffa TV joke because I still believe this did not stand in the script and it was just RDA being RDA/Jack O'Neill :D Did a wonderful job! Truly your Stargate videos never disappoint!
@@HostilePoet17 They were pretty blurred and a lot of his lines were ad-libbed to some extent from what I gather from interviews. Watching this was definitely NOT an intergalactic waste of time shkddhkddj i loved every second of it! all the parallels are just so funny, you basically compiled all of his o’neill-isms 🥺 thank you so much for this!!
Lmao, Jack really has some very good one-liner. I love this video, the funny tone it has and that is so much needed. I forgot so many things he said, I can't wait to do a full rewatch to find them again (your vid made me want to do sooo many gifsets lol). Can't wait for the Jonas one! He deserves so much love, I loved him and am sure you'll end up doing something soooo incredible **
This is such a Masterpiece, why you not more Views??!! That's the best Jack O`Neill Vid i ever seen. Thank you so much for this. Greetings from Suisse!
I love this so much I wonder what would happen if Jack O'Neill, and Yuji Itami from Gate got together I know not the same but I mean it is a gate related kinda
RDA is just one of the reasons you cannot reboot SG1, he made Jack O’Neill the character that he was. He insisted on not having O’Neill be so serious like the O’Neil in the movie was. And much of what he said wasn’t in the script, he improvised a lot of his lines and actions. All those that want a new SG series want it to be like the original one was, and it just can’t happen. The original SG1 was something special with a group of actors that actually liked each other and enjoyed working together. And the writers, producers, and directors also got along with them and had fun. You can see that if you have ever seen the cast at a comic con or Sci fi convention. They actually like each other and are friends. SG:A was almost the same, but it came up short and needed help by having many of the SG:1 cast appear to increase the ratings. By its last season, it had really started to gel and unfortunately it never got the chance it deserved to continue. Any reboot or continuation of SG will fall well short of what SG:1 was unless the original cast has a big part in it and the same writers, directors, and producers are involved. The only other Sci fi show that had what SG:1 did was Firefly. The cast really liked each other and were (and still are) friends. Again, you can see it when they are at conventions together. And they admit that they stay in touch and hang out. And it showed on screen, their bond felt real.
Well....birds of a feather flock together. What is that story about? It's about birds.....and flocking. ----------------------------- SG-1 visits a planet with a parable about a monkey and a dog. Later, on some other planet, O'Neill uses it when speaking to the locals. ----------------------------- ( episode Zero Hour ) Some colonel: You have a reputation of making jokes when there is crisis. O'Neill pauses. O'Neill: ...I got nothin' ----------------------------- Mostly everything else is in this video.
Good gravy, I cannot stand that man. He's unprofessional, so how on earth did he get to be colonel? He's a brat, a child, and he drags the rest of the team down. He's close minded, narrow minded and just a pain in the mikta. The best episodes are when he has left.
I don’t care how many cheesy jokes they wrote for him; I loathe this character and if he was real I would not follow him anywhere. He’s just hard headed and plain dumb. And don’t give me that heroic bull, a lot of the situations had obvious solution without escalating. Don’t get me started on how many plot liberties they took 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Wrote? Most of Jack's lines were improv by Richard. And he's not dumb. Jack has a decent moral compass and is a brilliant strategist. This show was great and won several awards, and Jack/Richard was made an honorary general by the AirForce for his accurate portail of their company. You want to talk about plot holes? Shall we open Star Trek's book?
@@kirara2516 wow 2 years later? Hardly remember this show, couldn’t finish it. Richard’s own lines? Even worse. It all reflects how Americans of the north mentality real and fiction ignores voice of reason for who shouts the loudest. No I don’t watch woke trek
@PhilandSofia If you don't like woke, Sci-fi might be the wrong genre for you. May I interest you in literally anything else? As for Stargate, you are the one who clicked onto a fan video of a character you don't like \_°.°_/
@@pinkcatgamertv7572 nothing wrong with the genre, but the political and ideological forces that mess it up. The rainbow lobby has creeped into a lot of modern American sci-fi. And I clicked on the video specifically to comment

Feel free to tell that to the Airforce who made him an honorary general in real life for his accurate portrayal of a military officer in the show.
