okay, FIRST, I just want to say a big thank you to everyone. I recently hit 6k subs, and that's absolutely crazy and I can't thank you all enough for your support, your encouragement, and your interest in my dumb lil hobby. I adore editing (despite all my complaining, I SWEAR I LOVE DOING THIS) and it's such a joy to share the things I make with you all. So thank you thank you thank you. Every view, like, subscription, and comment means a lot to me. I hope I can keep doing this for a long time to come and that you all continue along for the messy ride.

Is it obvious that I'm itching to make a Loki character study???
I just love them so much. This took forever bc I had half of it finished before 1x04 aired, and then had to massively readjust then. AND then again after 1x05 and 1x06. There were a lot of nights when I'd open the project, rewatch what I'd edited and then just close this again. I'd really loved what I'd made, but couldn't figure out how to make it cohesive, so I ripped it all apart and ruined it all. Even with over six minutes of music to use, I still couldn't fit in every quote/frame I wanted to use.
It was also really difficult to find an ending for this video. I expected that like Wanda and Vision's arc, and Sam and Bucky's arc, this show would give us a definitive ending for the season for these two. I DID NOT ANTICIPATE WHAT HAPPENED OMG.
This is obviously not a linear depiction of their relationship, but rather my usual approach of picking up threads and parallels, and I hope it works for you guys. It's changed a lot since my initial vision but I hope it turned out okay. I really adore these characters and their dynamic and I'm looking forward to exploring it more through future videos.
I used a lot of Loki's scenes from the MCU because sometimes, the things he said echoed nicely with the experience of Loki and Mobius in the TVA - for example, his role as a means of solving the case paralleled with Odin's intentions to make use of Loki's heritage in the future. Or my personal favourite: Mobius willing to burn the TVA to the ground, inspired by Loki - "your world in the balance, and you bargain for one man?" Mobius repeatedly backs Loki throughout s1, even in the face of everything he has believed and fought for.
ANYWAY s2 better give me my boys fighting their way back to find each other.

omg this is soooo good. I mean the vid is over six minutes long but it took me like twice that to get through it because I kept stopping and rewinding and being at awe over the parallels over and over again. this is brilliant and the music was chosen so well because it doesn't overwhelm but nicely adds to their journey. i love it so much!

Please make a character study, even for other characters you love. I think it is so interesting viewing those (some) psychological and different interpretation of it.
I think this video is very powrful, beautiful way that you have managed to introduce their realtionship. I really love parallels, and you did it so well.
In conclusion, i love this video and i wish we will see Loki back sooner then we think

You know, I love Loki the series despite Sylvie and everything....BUT Tom (never disappoints as Loki) really brings out the feelings and man, I'm always sitting here (noope, it's not the first time I have seen this Season xD) and I'm crying. For our poor Loki. Because damn! OMG! So many things to get your head around. And add not only the feelings again but everything that is happening - well I couldn't take that much - Loki is doing soooo good though !!!
