iz*one was the most synchronized group. they were known for their live performances. their dance breaks were epic. their choreo and presence were amazing. they have a performance for almost all their songs.

IZ*ONE was known for the most synchronized girl group at the time (if I remembered correctly) and the visualization of their group choreo. Even though they were not professional dancers individually, but when they are together they give some most satisfying dances in the industry
The Red hair one on SSOTS is JO YURI, she's MOTHER in the vocal department, she's the one who hits all the high notes in their songs. Top tier solo songs if you ask me, definitely one of the best rn.
Not only is Violeta the best one, but it's all we had for practically a year due to Japanese comebacks and the blackout. Violeta put in that work.

@@fatimarahim9794 so Iz*One was formed on a show called produce 48 where the whole premise of the show was that the group would be decided 100% by the audience votes but like a year after they debuted it was revealed that the show was rigged and 2 members who won got replaced with 2 other contestants. it caused them to go on a hiatus of about a year and there was speculation that they would disband early but they all decided to continue the group anyways despite the bad rep

one thing about izone is that the choreographer always knew how to use everyone! their choreographies were the best. i love every single one

I strongly recommend you watch ''A Story of IZ*ONE - The Last Produce Group'' it tells their story as a group from how they were formed to disbandment in a very good way in short. It's like a guide but it includes other things in there.

That's always been my favorite part of the choreography, there's just so much power and attitude in that one move, and it's one of the things that solidified Yena as my bias.

Despite some members have so little lines (J lines and Hyewon, I'm talking abt yall) BUT their preformances are so gooodddddd, like every members shine 😭❤️
the fact that alot of people dont notice sakura, the improvement she has is amazing, i’m still impressed and yuri is a queen, the one with the red hair, she has such a unique voice. She is a soloist now and yes, she is a actress.
Yeah, IZ*ONE was one of THE most synchronized girl groups of all time. That Produce48 training was WORTH IT.
Iz*one is one of the group that had aesthetic, synchronized and satisfying choreo, the benefit of had a lot member and of course the chemistry between them is a *chef kiss*
The one you thought you recognized is Jo Yuri, she is in the drama "Mimicus"
The thing is that, the participants of the produce series join the program already being trainees of different agencies, so these kind of programs and the groups that result from them are kind of a way to promote every agency's future groups. For example, Wonyoung and Yujin joined Produce 48 as trainees under Starship entertainment, they got to be known by the public and that helped Starship to have people anticipating IVE before their debut, Yena participated under Yuehua entertainment but her fellow company trainees didn't make it to the final ranking but later debuted as Everglow as the program still helped to build anticipation towards them (if Yena didn't make it to Iz*one she would be part of Everglow right now) so yeah every agency also decides if it's better to debut them again on a new group or as soloists
its SUCH a shame izone had to disband, because they honestly set such a high standard for dance in the 4th generation

They were the BEST we could ask for. They did it all, in a short time, and with a pandemic in between. They changed the fourth generation and KPOP forever. My favorite 4ever

No one makes music the way IZ*One did. They had their own sound and concept and ALWAYS followed it and where successful. They never followed trends. They just did why they did best…

The reason survival show groups have limited shelf lives is that in order to get companies to agree to send talented trainees, they have to know they will get the trainee back in a year or two. What the companies get as a fee for their trainee making such a project group doesn't come close to what that same company would get if that trainee debuted successfully at a group under under the company. While some companies fail debuting a former member of a survival show group, most companies have to believe that they can do well on their own, or they are in the wrong line of business to start with.
Some of the members have solo projects also, definitely check those out! Especially Kwon Eunbi and Lee Chae Yeon

I would love to see you react to the soloists that have come out of IZ*ONE! Chaeyeon had her first comeback today with the title track “Knock” on her album “Over the Moon!” Yena, Eunbi, and Yuri have also put out some amazing music! Hyewon has been more active in terms of acting and TH-cam but she has also put out some music!

La Vien Rose has another dance practice which is a special choreo for the awards shows, I recommend to watch too. And, Secret Story funny fact, it's that choreo was taught with a choreographer only for 2 weeks because of the schedule and corona; so the rest of 4 month until the showcase the members themselves, with Chaeyeon and Eunbi (the leader) leading, learned all of the rest of choreo and the details.

one thing about izone is that they were declared by the computer analysis as the #1 most synchronized girl group. synchronization was owned by them thats why no one dared to come when it comes to their dances, vocals as well. popularity? not a problem, they were the KING OF 4TH GEN (sales, charts, and digitals were also owned by them in their time). THEY WERE ALSO ALWAYS MISTAKEN AS 3RD GEN GROUP BECAUSE THEY WERE ALWAYS BESIDE OR AGAINST THE BIG GROUPS LIKE BTS/BP/TWICE/RV even a second gen group like SNSD. not surprised post izone groups like ive and le sserafim were so anticipated and popular when they debuted because some members already settled down their own fanbases. THEY REALLY SET THE STANDARDS HIGH FOR ME, THAT I CANNOT STAN GROUPS WITHOUT THE COMPARISON TO IZONE.

Groups made by the produce series disband because most of the trainees in the final line up are from different agencies. When the contract ends, they want their artists back.

I don’t watch survival shows either but I actually really enjoyed Produce48, there were a lot of funny moments and it was cool to see members who later debuted in different groups (like Yunjin from le sserafim!)

For what you said at 23:47, izone was indeed a very successful produce group but they were also very controversial due to rigged lineup so they couldn’t make their contract permanent or longer.
By the way, to make their contract longer, all the girls companies need to agree and as you can see for example yujin and Wonyoung were from starship and they had other plans for them (IVE).
Agencies benefits a lot from this survival show popularity so they want their idols back unfortunately…

the survival show groups are temporary because companies send their trainees there in hopes of getting famous enough so that once they disband, they can debut a group from their own company's trainees with already famous members and a predebut fanbase. there are even active idols going on survival shows, so they can bring more fame for the group they are currently in (and they will usually take a hiatus with their current group if they end up debuting in the temporary grp). just look at the izone girls and how successful they are post-izone, all us wizones were always gonna support them wherever they go :)
