I know FOR A FACT that Chungha did Stay Tonight for the gays and you can't tell me otherwise. I mean, the glitter, the voguing, man in heels and makeup, the choreo, that bridge/dancebreak, she delivered completely! Don't worry, I think the song will grow on you 🤣

Honestly, when I first heard Stay Tonight, I was thrown off by the anti drop, and House genre was new to me. But by the end of the year, it was my number one listened to song on Spotify 😂 I just love Chungha for so many things, but mainly her freaking choreography and performance execution 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Dancing QUEEN!

I LOVE watching people react to Chung Ha for the first time because it brings me back to the feeling of listening to her for the first time a little bit😭❤ Stay Tonight was for the girls and the gays and nobody in kpop (that I've seen) has done it like Chung Ha since💅🏻 and Play is so fun! They were all so happy and hype in the dance practice it just gives me Serotonin. Can't wait for you to discover more from her (still rooting for Killing Me😭🫶🏻). Once again tho. I really love ChungHa's relationship with her dancers, she always makes sure they have the spotlight as well and you can see they really get along. The only other artist that I can think does the same is Sunmi.

Where as with a lot of western artists features the featured artist usually either rap about sex or something not at all related to the song

There's another Stay Tonight dance practice where you can see the routines being refined and perfected. The move where ChungHa is laying on the backs of the male dancers is featured in that video. It wasn't an easy thing to do.... I think you'd appreciate the dance even more seeing the development of the routines.

I'm glad her contract ended but bow we don't know when the will have a comeback, since she is in Texas spending some time with her family.

These are two solid Chung Ha songs! I liked them initially, but I’ve grown to love them.
You really should check out Dream of You! It’s such a banger & the dancing is amazing.
& Killing Me is such a good different song & vid. It’s its own kind of vibe though.
She also did a song with Soyeon (or I-DLE) & Seulgi (Red Velvet) & another girl called Wow Thing which has its own video… & just imagine Soyeon, Seulgi, & Chung Ha together 😻
Also also she sings a Spanish song called Demente with a Puerto Rican rapper which is pretty excellent & has a video even!

I actually had the same reaction listening to stay tonight, but once I listened to it more, it grew on me. Another Chungha song and MV that is like stay tonight but even better is dream of you. This is one of my all-time favs from Chungha.

In the Play dance practice, the breakdancer dude on the left walked off like he was injured at the end. I think dancers are always in some state of injury. That could be why he didn't seem as flexible as the other dancer on the right side. That's a hard life.
The times I re-watched this video when it comes out is unhealthy, this is for real a cultural revolutionary music video.

Beside that she can dance like nobody's business she can sing low ,hight notes like nobody's business. And she is so effortlessly gorgeous.

If I’m not wrong, didn’t Chung-ha dance wacking before Produce? The fact she decided to dance a mix of vogueing and wacking in the “Stay Tonight” MV fits her so well. Shout out to La Chica and Eo-ddae dance crews. Another fun fact, the legendary Love Ran known in Korea as the queen of vogue was in the Choreography video too.

This is a very late comment on a 5 month video but saw the voguing in Stay Tonight and said you just saw it in Kwon Eunbi's Glitch, and actually both these songs were choreographed by the same person (Ran, she's in the Stay Tonight, and so is the other choreographer Lian)
