Tsitsipas has said in an interview that the new Blade green is based off an Aston Martin he bought himself, the colour is a British racing green blend :)
I got a 98 16x19 v8 for 50% off, strung with Confidential 16L @ 55pounds, 4g of lead at 3&9...... 2 grams in handle......... can say I love the racquet, played the best I've played in years, was able to get good power and a lot of spin. Usually a pure drie plus user and I think I'm going to convert to the Blade !!! Really enjoyed the racquet, really good feel and control and spin and power.
I have and use both as a 5.0 from California. The dunlop 200 tour has a little more control and is much more head light. But the blade is easier to generate piercing shots especially the backhand side. With the 200 tour I have my best results stringing it a VERY LOW tension to make up for low power. Also, even though the dunlop 200 tour is technically heavier than the blade, it feels more maneuverable because its so head light. That being said, mishits on the dunlop are much more felt on the arm. Blade is more forgiving. Also dunlop 200 is foam filled so it feels more dampened and softer than the blade which some people do not like. The precision of the dunlop is INSANE though. It feels like when you miss, YOU did that. And when you hit a winner, YOU put the ball there. Hope that helps.
Thank you for the review love to see it. I’m excited for the 16x19 review. I have my own thoughts as I bought one and am loving how much better it is than the v8.
I demoed the v9 and honestly didn't notice any difference other than the feel of the v8 to me is a little nicer. If you use a V8 now I wouldn't upgrade.

Ahah but it really looks like an Aston Martin green😂
The black/copper BLX Blade 2011 is v3, the black one is v4!

What did you think about this one compared to the Dunlop CX Tour 200 18x20 you just reviewed 2 days ago?

Epic slo-mo fearhand at 2:30
Current v core pro 97 user. Thinking of switching to this. What u think??
Blade is way more stable
Wont regret
I think that this is the most used racket at the moment for mens and womens tennis, along with pure aero 98.
Nope, the cosmetic = yes! What‘s underneath? Not this racket😉
he means the paint job matches the new Wilson version racquets for sales. The players actual racquet may be totally different.
@@julesmumm3995actually the pro’s do use stock blades like is sold in retail
Actually referring to the V4! The V3 was actually the black and gold without the amplifeel and different string patterns

I’m also using it for the first time in my latest highlight match video on my channel if anyone wants to see how it looks on match play.
I just wish the blade had glossy paint. That would definitely convince me enough to buy it😅
Blade pro is glossy
@@S_Go3-tb6pkthere is no blade pro v9
@@chivimbethat’s weird because I own one
@@mutton4ever is it v9 or v8?
Please compare this racket with Technifibre TF40 305 18*20, as they have the same specifications.
Thanks❤
the stiffness of V3 is 66 RA .....and that black is the other, later version...
I recall Harry first showing the specs of each test racquet in his shop then testing it like he did here. Why are you skipping showing us specs now?
Let see gu review both
V3 is black and gold
How does it compare to gravity pro?
Easier to use
Which strings you tested the blade with ?
Solinco Confidential at 52 lbs.
He actually said it in the vid.
I only captured the comment on the older blade with Wilson NXT. Thanks!@@sebastiandomagala9233
Is it any diff to v8?

Guys, the black one is V4, the one before the beloved V5 (black and green). You´re the ones making the review, you should know these things....🙁
It's good but the strike vs is better
I have to check my eyes. Where was the spin in the strikes…?
That’s v4
Special Olympics playing followed by awkward boomer sound bites. Pure comedy gold.🤣🤡
Another HUGE L for not having your top guys do the review for arguably the most used/most popular racquet … Insanity
Right? Makes no sense
Yeah...I don't get why the other reviewers did not give their input on this racquet...makes no sense at all.
that's not a box beam
Sooo, new racquet tech is complete bs then
