pull the bearing on the rear of the main shaft and you can then remove the main shaft easily

Where did you get the bearing puller and what’s it called?

im looking for the miller 6449 jaws, remove countergear bearings, the sleeve and 3 bolt puck are different miller numbers?

The sleeve and three bolt collar were made at a local machine shop.

Just went through this and ended up breaking the cage and cutting the inner race to get the bearing off and using a 1-1/2 cast iron pipe to press the new bearing back onto the shaft. You will have to take off a few thousandths off the id of the pipe to get the bearing to seat. A new bearing was 10 bucks at the local auto parts store. 2040-parts .com also has the miller jaws if you are looking to go that route.
thanks for the walk through groutaone

So for the worn out parts. Are you finding good used ebay parts? or can you order new ones

I will try to find good used on Ebay, I have new bearings and syncro's already. New gears are available but likely made in China, I think some good parts can come from there but I would prefer OEM
