Excellent tutorial! Most good tutorials are 10 parts long and take a day to get through. This has just the right amount of info for most people and the fact that you've packed all of that into a 11min video is amazing!
" I am raised by animals so I am going to save it to my desktop " That was hilarious..I wonder why no one pointed that in the comment..Excellent tutorial .....
This was hands down the best tutorial. I've been struggling with a few things and you cleared up every single one in 5 minutes. Would love to see how you do more advanced techniques like normals, decals, painting and things like that. Thank you!
Bro! Can you please make a video on explaining the mesh maps in depth. Like what will happen if we don't use it . Before and after. Best settings for baking etc.
it only took 11 minute for all this amazing tips and trick ! Imagine what we can learn from if it's 1 hour version long. i really appreciate this tutorial ! it really helps !
Thanks a lot for making this tutorial! Watched a ton of tutorials on Substance painter and never understood how to use it. But I finally do after watching this video! It was so simple.
Happy to hear that! Yeah it’s far easier to use than a lot of tutorials make it seem. You can of course get way more complex with smart materials and other features, but getting started and making something awesome is pretty user-friendly
You could try do a Terminator Time Travel effect. If you wanted to, you could put different effects of the spinning orb on FootageCrate. Then do a tutorial on how to implement that into your video and also use your lightning effects with it.
Do these models have polys/faces? Can we manipulate them in a way to create wreckage? Maybe a separate tire or fenders, or some sort of post-apocalyptic mess on the streets as a way to enhance the "alien invasion : Pro VFX Breakdown!" video you guys did on May 9th, 2020? At nights here, there are a few amazing streets and alleys that look abandoned and are great roll (A or B depending) that would work well with your Alien Invasion video. Thanks
yeah you can definitely wreck them! just applying a some rigid body dynamics would get you some cool results. We'd love to expand our existing apocalyptic assets soon
@@ProductionCrate Thanks. I'm familiar with Blender and Moho, but not After Effects. So, I thought about rendering there (Blender) and pulling those into After Effects once I still get the hang of it from following more tutorials on VideoCopilot. Also, can you or anyone who reads this suggest some decent drones/quadcopters I can look into? The DJI Phantoms are a little out of my price range at this current time, at least until next March. So old school jibs & dollies it it is currently, which can be a bit time consuming and frustrating.
It's quite frustrating for a beginner who really likes this tutorial and how do you explain not being able to download a poor model to be able to do what you say in the tutorial.
So to get the model to follow the tutorial you have to sign up for a YEAR subscription ? You cant even purchase a one off...REALLY ?? Seems wrong for a tut
@@ProductionCrate There is a reason tuts normally supply models and thats because its easier for beginners to follow. The majority of people are learning or they wouldnt be here
It's really easy to understand than the other tutorials available on TH-cam. Amazing!! Loved it

That’s so true they do 10 part tutorials on the least important stuff

You can use any 3D model that’s unwrapped, you don’t need to use the same ones
