    That looks just like what Monona Bay is in the winter time! Fish are all over the place, mostly little ones like that but an occasional nice one, always pretty easy to get a meal out of there!

    In Minnesota, you can have 3 lures on each rod as long as they are within 9" but you can only have 2 rods on the ice and 1 in open water

    Great video. It kind of proved to me that fish are not as spooky as you think, under the ice

    We lost all our ice in Michigan, only had safe ice for 2 weeks. Watching your videos hoping for a re freeze 🤞🏼

    There is a lake not far from us that is very common to catch a blue gill over 10”

    Lake may freeze out. I have a feeling they are that high for better oxygen levels.

    Counts as one line. Rules are pretty grey in sconnie. But they are close enough to count as one line. You could still fish with two tip ups.

      Not according to DNR. Each lure targets it's own fish.

      @Wisconsin Fisherman it's crystal clear and I love it. Think I'll splurge next season now. Thanks for the great content and the reply buddy! I enjoy the varied types of trips you take whether it's with your wife, friend or family outing for dinner.

  • @Fishin-mission1

    So if you have a rattle trap on that's 6 lines?

    • @Wisconsin_Fisherman
      @Wisconsin_Fisherman  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No one lure is for one fish no matter how many hooks. Each lure counts as a line

    • @Fishin-mission1
      @Fishin-mission1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Wisconsin Fisherman got ya. Here in Washington it's hook points and lines. Depending on the fish your fishing for.

    They are not sunnies, lol It was a Pumpkinseed , actually large and smallmouth bass could be sunnies too and crappies could be too, Sorry it drives me nuts when people say that . Love your footage though!
