Safe to say that this interior is elegant and classy but having sat in the new a4 I found the audi interior to be more modern and futuristic. Both look great and they have a healthy competiton between the 2 of them.Bmw is out of the picture
I've always had a soft spot for the 3 series but I think MB has gained a real lead now in build quality and design. I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat.
What an amazing review. Thank you Cameron for showing me the all the specs and information about the C300 Sedan. I'm looking to buy a 4Matic Sedan since NYC often has inclement weather. Thank you again!
I like my C300 4matic car a lot. I have about $18k (MSRP was $58k- fully loaded) of options on top of the base (light package, sport package, premium 2 package, panorama roof, etc.) so I do have a lot more to enjoy. I've had it for just over one year now (2016 model). It drives well, a nice pick-up from 0-60, exterior is beautiful with the sport package, interior is very high-quality, lots of storage space with back seats down (I transport my bike and gear a lot)- it's just a beautiful and great-driving car. I have not experienced any downsides yet, but I do have to say maintenance is of course not cheap- oil changes are strictly MB synthetic ($150), tires on my sport package (not sure about regular base) cannot be rotated due to different sizes on front and rear so the front ones wear faster ($300/tire), and the A and B services are not cheap ($700 or so each time). I chose this car because the design is new from 2015 and will not be dated for many years.
Great opinion. Especially when they are coming with an I 4 Engine. Mercedes is compromising engine quality except for AMG models which comes with V6 but very expensive.
as Mercedes fan I'd have to say the dash looks outdated compare to audi a4. the display screen for example, it look like a fat Chinese table wtf Mercedes!
No point in getting a new c 300 2020 just update screen length for center console and daytime lamps have new designs but everything else is the same from w205 from 2015 just minors upgrades more money more problems.
ok leg room ? lmao bruh not hating, but you cannot tell if the seats are comfortable or not after sitting on it for like a minute you have to drive it for a few days to make that statement
TheDeadMeme27 ORIGINAL not true, someone likes a comfortable more practical car more than a supersporst.. Of courso if it were a pick one for free scenario everyone would take the more expensive car but if it were buy one scenario.. There would be a big difference
That engine noise is horrendous and inexcusable for a car such as this. I know it's the direct fuel injection system. I also have this car. I've shoved blankets under my dash to help muffle that sound. It's helped quite a bit, but to make a 50k car that sounds like an old VW bug or an old diesel, is inexcusable to me. Those BMW and Audi 4 bangers don't sound like this!!
@@themercywhite Yep... got some fleece blankets and shoved them all up under the dash, behind the speedometer cluster, a towel too, lol. Helps to hide the engine noise that otherwise fillsthe cabin.
Probably the least appealing car in its class. Also, what is the function of the light switch since you cant really turn the lights on or off (they are automatic). Cant change the temperature to show Celsius. The dashboard with its low quality iPad looks really cheap. I loved the previous C class look. This looks like a car that can only appeal to someone who drove corolla all their lives.
Ty John that's why most people lease them. Most leases are usually around 3-4 years, and that's usually the length of the warranty. Most people don't finance luxury vehicles. Even the rich elite. They usually lease so they can get a new car every 3-4 years and not have to worry about long term maintenance.
jjray for people that drive minimal from house to work then back to the house lease is great but for a person that commutes a great deal lease is not a good option. financing is better.
My 2016 Kia Optima has more features than this thing and has actual nappa leather. Outside of a badge and a decent looking interior this thing offers nothing for the money. I'll stick with Kia and BMW. At least the 2 and 3 series are fun to drive.
$54,000 For pure garbage are you fucking serious right now ?, A dealership near me is selling 2016 Hellcat with 17,000 miles for $49,000 thats what you call getting your moneys worth. not this garbage fuck Mercedez.
THE_BEAST i thought you would say something like that, I could get a porsche panamera executive edition for $45,000 Then or a mercedez benz CLS V8 Biturbo for $48,000 then.
Kels Monti ひ You can get a 2010-13 S550 with 30k miles put Y rated tires on it.You can then mod the chip to make use of the 500+hp bi turbo for close to 40k . That's top in class luxury and it could go 180 mph +.
Safe to say that this interior is elegant and classy but having sat in the new a4 I found the audi interior to be more modern and futuristic. Both look great and they have a healthy competiton between the 2 of them.Bmw is out of the picture
Great Review Man! This is my choice in its class by far. This design will look good for years down the road.
Like I friend
Love the 2017 C 300 design. Mercedes changed the game with this model.
I've always had a soft spot for the 3 series but I think MB has gained a real lead now in build quality and design. I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat.
Fuck you
You love bickering 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is true I jus got a all cream interior with a panoramic sunroof and it’s ahead of its time
Sport + mode gives you a note from exhaust between shifts.. great car..
It’s fake. It’s a sound they play through the speakers.
I have driven a 2017 c300 for 2 years now, tremendous car. Just made a review of the 2020 c class.
Which year should I buy? I am a new customer to Mercedes
@@honeyhoney2316 Which you want
@@Maniooqqqq11111.. c300 2019?

If they had made the front same as the C300 coupe it would have been perfect.
They should update the instrument cluster as well. The mercedes c class looks a bit dated
What an amazing review. Thank you Cameron for showing me the all the specs and information about the C300 Sedan. I'm looking to buy a 4Matic Sedan since NYC often has inclement weather. Thank you again!
I wouldn’t buy a nice car in nyc. People drive stupid there and it’s bumper to bummer traffic.
A very classy vehicle that should have push button start. Certainly a model on my radar. The c300 or c43.
I have this exact car- it comes with push start. You can choose to take it out and use the key insert like this guy is doing.
Matthew Qiao There is a physical button or ?
Yes, there is a push-start button that came standard with my C300.
Matthew Qiao ok cool. How do you like it? What don't you like about it? How long have you had it?

it is a beautiful car, but it is simply no longer worth the price Mercedes are demanding.

totally dislike the shifter on steering wheel.
jrry660 no kidding, I had one as a rental and it drove me crazy. Having an automatic gear shifter should always be in the centre
Yeah the flappy paddle shifters are annoying
Stop it
Really hard to get used to

AliHandro HanZo That was the exact reason why I bought the A5 last week. Love the brand, but the car was disappointing.
Is this car reliable ?
I thought C300 has a 6 cylinders 3.0 only ? But 4 cylinders is all I needed to save gas n money
They did before 2015, now they are all I4
I love 4 cylinder
Boes the Bluetooth work for Bluetooth audio as well or just for phone calls?
And uses usb for music?

Can the seats lay back?
Is C300 is just tuned version of c200 engine ?
Can you get multi contour seats?
